m0-handoff
From the author
Use when the user says m0 handoff, before I compact, end of session, save session state, resume where we left off, or continue in Cursor or Claude Code. Writes or reads a compact_checkpoint so a cold start becomes a continuation.

- handoffthedotmack/claude-memGenerate a HANDOFF.md that captures goal, current state, files touched, failed attempts, and next steps — so a fresh Claude session can continue exactly where this one left off. Use when sessions are getting long, Claude keeps retrying the same broken solution, or the user wants to step away and resume later.Other★ 103K
- session-handoffOneWave-AI/claude-skillsUse when a working session is ending, the context window is nearly full, work needs to pass to a teammate or a fresh session, or the user says "hand this off", "write this up before we lose it", "I'm starting a new session", or "summarize where we are". Produces a handoff document that lets the next session resume without re-reading the transcript.Writing★ 378
- create-handofftobihagemann/turboWrite a handoff file at .turbo/handoff/<YYYY-MM-DD>-<slug>.md capturing current session state — task, status, open decisions, in-flight changes, next step — so a fresh session can continue without re-deriving context. Use when the user asks to "create a handoff", "create handoff", "save handoff", "handoff before compact", "save session state", "handoff for next session", or "capture session state".Writing★ 416
- m0-remembercoco-research/cocoUse when the user says 'm0 remember', 'record what we did', 'note for next session' or 'write a checkpoint', or after finishing a step worth handing to the next session. Appends one entry to the M0 thread (re-sending writes a second entry unless you pass the same `id`).Writing★ 787
- m0coco-research/cocoUse when the user says 'm0', 'm0 status', 'start m0', 'cross-tool memory', 'operational thread', or 'where is my memory stored', or when the M0 daemon or MCP wiring needs attention.Productivity★ 787
- session-handoff-promptdongshuyan/compass-skillsCreate a concise continuation prompt that a fresh agent session can paste in to resume a long or degraded session. Use when the user asks for a handoff prompt, restart prompt, continuation prompt, context transfer, fresh-session resume, or a compact summary for opening a new session. Do not use for ordinary summaries, task-forest maintenance, durable user-profile updates, automatic session creation, code execution, or external publishing.Engineering★ 762
