Data erasure request
You may ask us to delete your aiqbench account, or to remove personal data or aggregated news content that references you, under the EU GDPR (Right to Erasure, Art. 17) or equivalent laws. aiqbench honors valid requests within 30 days.
Send a request
Fill in the form and we will confirm receipt by email. We may reply asking you to verify your identity before acting. You can also write to privacy@aiqbench.com with the same details.
Delete your account
Choose Delete my account above and send the request from the email address on the account. We remove the account and everything it holds — saved views, followed topics, reactions, Ask history, learning progress and any child profiles with their data — within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a limited record. Signed in? Your Data & privacy section lists what the account holds.
What we can and cannot remove
- We can remove: your account and its data; aggregated article records, summaries, and cached bodies stored on our servers. Removal is permanent and blocks re-ingestion.
- We cannot remove: content on the original publisher’s site. Contact the publisher directly for that.
Journalistic exemption
We may keep journalistic content where the law protects reporting. Some requests may be limited where processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information (GDPR Art. 85, Recital 153). We will explain our decision if this applies.
If we decline
You have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority. In the EU, a list of authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu.
