mex-relay
From the author
Prepare and manage durable MEX team handoffs. Use when the user asks to hand work to a person or team, prepare an end-of-session handoff, save what the next engineer needs, create a MEX Relay, take or close a Relay, or explicitly invokes /mex-relay or $mex-relay. Treat Relay as a memory and context baton, not chat, notifications, task assignment, issue tracking, or a Jira replacement; do not activate for ordinary status messages that are not durable handoffs.

- relaygavishap/omnia-vaultHand work between Claude Code and Codex (or any two agents) with zero copy-paste, via the _relay/STATE.md baton. Use at the start of a session ("catch up", "resume", "where were we") and at the end ("save", "hand off", "wrap up"), or whenever the user says they're switching agents.Engineering★ 82
- handoffthedotmack/claude-memGenerate a HANDOFF.md that captures goal, current state, files touched, failed attempts, and next steps — so a fresh Claude session can continue exactly where this one left off. Use when sessions are getting long, Claude keeps retrying the same broken solution, or the user wants to step away and resume later.Other★ 103K
- session-relayclaude-world/director-mode-liteContinue real repository work between Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Grok Build with a privacy-bounded, drift-aware handoff packet. Use for cross-vendor takeover, context-limit checkpoints, multi-hop Claude→Codex→Grok relays, or receiving an existing Director packet. Use native resume commands for same-CLI history; never treat another vendor's session ID as portable.Engineering★ 80
- agent-relayAgentWorkforce/relayUse when you need Codex to coordinate multiple agents through Agent Relay for peer-to-peer messaging, lead/worker handoffs, or shared status tracking across sub-agents and terminals.Other★ 996
- session-handoff-promptdongshuyan/compass-skillsCreate a concise continuation prompt that a fresh agent session can paste in to resume a long or degraded session. Use when the user asks for a handoff prompt, restart prompt, continuation prompt, context transfer, fresh-session resume, or a compact summary for opening a new session. Do not use for ordinary summaries, task-forest maintenance, durable user-profile updates, automatic session creation, code execution, or external publishing.Engineering★ 762
- hermes-session-handoffasimons81/hermes-field-kitUse when a Hermes session, profile, machine, or agent must hand ongoing work to a fresh continuation context without losing verified state, decisions, artifacts, blockers, or the exact next action.Productivity★ 126
