From the author
Hand work between Claude Code and Codex (or any two agents) with zero copy-paste, via the _relay/STATE.md baton. Use at the start of a session ("catch up", "resume", "where were we") and at the end ("save", "hand off", "wrap up"), or whenever the user says they're switching agents.

- agent-relayAgentWorkforce/relayUse when you need Codex to coordinate multiple agents through Agent Relay for peer-to-peer messaging, lead/worker handoffs, or shared status tracking across sub-agents and terminals.Other★ 1K
- session-relayclaude-world/director-mode-liteContinue real repository work between Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Grok Build with a privacy-bounded, drift-aware handoff packet. Use for cross-vendor takeover, context-limit checkpoints, multi-hop Claude→Codex→Grok relays, or receiving an existing Director packet. Use native resume commands for same-CLI history; never treat another vendor's session ID as portable.Engineering★ 80
- mex-relaymex-memory/mexPrepare and manage durable MEX team handoffs in git-native project memory. Use when the user asks to hand work to a person or team, prepare an end-of-session handoff, save what the next engineer needs, create a MEX Relay, take or close a Relay, or invokes /mex-relay or $mex-relay. Keywords: mex, project memory, relay, handoff, team memory, Claude Code, Codex. Treat Relay as a memory baton, not chat, notifications, task assignment, issue tracking, or a Jira replacement; do not activate for ordinary status messages that are not durable handoffs.Engineering★ 1.8K
- open-agent-teamsAI-Builder-Club/skillsDelegate tasks to ANY CLI agent (claude, codex, aider, ...) running in a detached tmux session, with a race-safe done-signal protocol and multi-turn iteration. Use when delegating work to a non-Claude CLI agent, when the user says "tmux delegate", "run agent in tmux", "delegate to codex/aider", or when executor work should run in an observable background terminal instead of the Agent tool.Engineering★ 1.3K
- dispatch-authoringrampstackco/claude-skillsWrite the structured handoff from a planning session to a coding agent: a dispatch with a header, Gate 0 checks, scope, specification, verification, delivery rules, and stop conditions, so the agent can execute unattended and return a reviewable draft PR. Use this skill whenever the user wants to hand work to an agent, write an agent brief, write instructions for Claude Code, Codex, or a Cursor agent, queue work to run overnight, or turn a plan into something an AI coder can execute without asking questions. Triggers on dispatch, hand off to an agent, agent brief, agent handoff, task brief for an AI coder, instructions for Claude Code, Codex task, Cursor agent, background agent, run this overnight, give this to an agent, unattended run. Also triggers when the user has a plan or a spec and asks how to get an agent to build it, even if they never say dispatch.Writing★ 996
