- observability-sre-triageUpdatedelastic/agent-skillsTriage a degraded or suspect service end to end: read SLO status and burn rate, check active alerting rules and ML anomalies, measure throughput, latency, and error rate, assess dependency health and infrastructure saturation, and funnel logs down to the failures that explain it. Use when someone asks whether a service is healthy, why it is slow or erroring, what is in its logs, or which attribute distinguishes the requests that are failing. Also use when someone asks for the query behind any of those signals — throughput, latency percentiles, error rate, dependency health, or log volume — over APM/OTel traces, metrics, or logs.OfficialDevOpsNo warnings★ 602↓ —Also in 1 other repo

- context-engineeringmvschwarz/openrigUse when designing, reviewing, or debugging how an agent's context window gets filled, pruned, or shared — choosing what loads at boot versus on demand, sizing an install or an always-loaded file, fixing an agent that drifts, repeats itself, or forgets constraints mid-task, planning compaction or summarization, deciding single-agent versus subagents, engineering handoffs between agents, or picking a tool loadout. NOT for rewording a prompt's tone, choosing which model to pin, or debugging business logic — those are adjacent moments this skill does not serve. Historical 2024–2025 snapshot; not normative for present-day frontier models — see the Status section.ProductivityNo warnings★ 8.3K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- using-dbt-statedbt-labs/dbt-agent-skillsUse when a user is enabling, configuring, optimizing, or debugging dbt State (the server-backed reuse mechanism that clones or skips nodes instead of rebuilding them). Use when they conflate dbt State with the `state:modified` selector or `--state` deferral. Use when asked about models rebuilding unexpectedly, views with `select *` rebuilding, volatile SQL (`current_timestamp()`, `random()`) rebuilding or not, cross-developer cloning, lag_tolerance.OfficialDataNo warnings★ 747↓ —
- offensive-xssSnailSploit/Claude-Redclaude-red is a curated library of offensive security skills designed for the Claude skills system. Each skill is a structured SKILL.md file that primes Claude with expert-level methodology for a specific attack surface — from SQLi to shellcode, EDR evasion to exploit development.SecurityNo warnings★ 9.7K↓ —
- offensive-shellcodeSnailSploit/Claude-RedShellcode development reference for offensive security engagements. Use when writing custom x86/x64 shellcode, implementing position-independent code (PIC), building shellcode loaders, evading AV/EDR detection, or converting PE files to shellcode. Covers null byte avoidance, API hashing, encoder/decoder patterns, staged vs stageless payloads, Windows PEB traversal, and cross-platform shellcode techniques.SecurityNo warnings★ 9.7K↓ —
- configuring-dbt-mcp-serverdbt-labs/dbt-agent-skillsGenerates MCP server configuration JSON, resolves authentication setup, and validates server connectivity for dbt. Use when setting up, configuring, or troubleshooting the dbt MCP server for AI tools like Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, or VS Code.OfficialDataNo warnings★ 747↓ —
- offensive-lorawan-sub-ghzSnailSploit/Claude-RedLoRaWAN and sub-GHz (433 / 868 / 915 MHz) attack methodology — LoRaWAN ABP/OTAA join attack, network/session key reuse, frame counter replay, downlink injection on TTN/Helium-style networks, sub-GHz protocol replay (KeeLoq garage doors, fixed-code remotes, TPMS spoofing, smart plug telemetry), HackRF / RTL-SDR / Flipper Zero workflows, signal analysis with Inspectrum / Universal Radio Hacker, and reconstruction of proprietary packet formats. Use for LoRaWAN deployments (smart cities, asset tracking, industrial telemetry), or any wireless device using the unlicensed 433/868/915 MHz bands (garage openers, doorbells, IoT sensors, RC equipment).DevOpsNo warnings★ 9.7K↓ —
- dogfoodmvschwarz/openrigSystematically explore and test a web application to find bugs, UX issues, and other problems. Use when asked to "dogfood", "QA", "exploratory test", "find issues", "bug hunt", "test this app/site/platform", or review the quality of a web application. Produces a structured report with full reproduction evidence -- step-by-step screenshots, repro videos, and detailed repro steps for every issue -- so findings can be handed directly to the responsible teams.TestingNo warnings★ 8.3K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- openrig-cmuxmvschwarz/openrigUse when opening OpenRig fleet terminals into cmux — turning a rig, pod, mission, slice, or saved view into live agent tiles via `rig terminal --provider cmux`, or driving cmux on an agent's request. Same OpenRig view semantics as openrig-herdr (the verbs, honest-partial/degrade, read-only cross-rig, scroll/copy, same-size-only duplicates); cmux is the **best-effort** provider (herdr is the default and the proof-gated one). Prefer openrig-herdr unless cmux is specifically wanted.PlanningNo warnings★ 8.3K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- openrig-herdrmvschwarz/openrigUse when opening OpenRig fleet terminals as a herdr wall — turning a rig, pod, mission, slice, or saved view into live interactive agent tiles via `rig terminal`, watching another rig read-only, or driving herdr on an agent's request ("open all my rigs + a mission as views"). Covers the `rig terminal open|views|status` verbs, the honest-partial/degrade reading of the result, the read-only-by-construction rail for cross-rig views, scroll/copy out of the box, and the same-size-only duplicate-pane limit. herdr is the default, proof-gated provider.OtherNo warnings★ 8.3K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- migrating-dbt-core-to-v2dbt-labs/dbt-agent-skillsUse when a user needs help triaging dbt-core to dbt v2 migration errors. Runs dbt-autofix first, then classifies remaining errors into actionable categories (auto-fixable, guided fixes, needs input, blocked).OfficialDataNo warnings★ 747↓ —
- oversight-teammvschwarz/openrigUse when you are a seat on the oversight pod (a standing monitor-mode rig that keeps OTHER rigs healthy), configuring or running the drift detectors, or choosing whether to intervene vs escalate. Covers the pull-not-poll posture, the v0 detectors (premature-park, process-drift, off-task, token-burn), the intervention ladder (orchestrator-ping -> refocus -> human escalation), and the cheap+deep model economics. NOT for orchestrating your OWN rig (orchestration-team) and NOT the intervention primitive mechanics (watchdog).ProductivityNo warnings★ 8.3K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- troubleshooting-dbt-job-errorsdbt-labs/dbt-agent-skillsDiagnoses dbt Cloud/platform job failures by analyzing run logs, querying the Admin API, reviewing git history, and investigating data issues. Use when a dbt Cloud/platform job fails and you need to diagnose the root cause, especially when error messages are unclear or when intermittent failures occur. Do not use for local dbt development errors.OfficialDataNo warnings★ 747↓ —
- offensive-phishingSnailSploit/Claude-RedPhishing campaign execution methodology for authorized red team engagements. Covers end-to-end campaign lifecycle: infrastructure provisioning (GoPhish, SMTP relay configuration, domain acquisition and aging, SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment), payload delivery vectors (Office macro weaponization, HTA droppers, ISO/IMG container abuse, LNK shortcut hijacking, OneNote embedded payloads, HTML smuggling), email authentication bypass techniques (SPF softfail exploitation, DKIM replay attacks, display name spoofing, homoglyph and cousin domain registration), credential harvesting with MFA bypass (EvilGinx2 transparent proxy, Modlishka session relay, pixel-perfect HTML cloning), spear phishing pretext development informed by OSINT, email security gateway evasion, QR code phishing (quishing), and callback phishing for initial access. Integrates with GoPhish for campaign management, EvilGinx2 for adversary-in-the-middle credential interception, King Phisher for template design, and the Social Engineering Toolkit for payload gSecurityNo warnings★ 9.7K↓ —
- human-in-the-loopmvschwarz/openrigUse when classifying a slice closeout (auto-continue / human gate / park), routing a real decision to a human, or designing a human queue/dashboard surface. Treats humans as durable network participants with attention surfaces, queues, and decision records — escalation lands as a durable attention item, not a chat message. Approval is NOT required for every clean closeout; the default RSI conveyor continues unless an explicit human gate is reached.OtherNo warnings★ 8.3K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
delegating-work
mvschwarz/openrig
From the author
Use when you have a task and must decide WHO does it — yourself, a spawned subagent, or another agent in the topology that already holds the context — or how to brief the agent you hand it to, which depends on the model it runs. The rule: how much would a blank slate have to read in to do this correctly? A lot → route to a context-holding agent; a little → subagent; unsure → a real agent or yourself. NOT the mechanics of fanning out (that's dispatching-parallel-agents / subagent-driven-development) — this is the who/whether decision, and the failure mode that makes teams abandon subagents. Also use it to decide how far to trust a delegated result.
