delegating-work
From the author
Use when you have a task and must decide WHO does it — yourself, a spawned subagent, or another agent in the topology that already holds the context — or how to brief the agent you hand it to, which depends on the model it runs. The rule: how much would a blank slate have to read in to do this correctly? A lot → route to a context-holding agent; a little → subagent; unsure → a real agent or yourself. NOT the mechanics of fanning out (that's dispatching-parallel-agents / subagent-driven-development) — this is the who/whether decision, and the failure mode that makes teams abandon subagents.

- delegate-to-aimohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsDecide what in your workload to hand to AI and what to keep yourself — like managing a fast, capable, but unreliable new hire — so you get leverage without offloading the things that need you. Use when asked what should I delegate to AI, what can AI take off my plate, where should I use AI in my work, or what should I keep doing myself. Produces a sort of your tasks into delegate-fully / delegate-with-review / keep-human, the reasoning behind each line, how to brief the AI on the delegated ones, and where your judgment is the actual value — a delegation map that frees your time without giving away your edge.Engineering★ 1.5K
- dispatching-parallel-agentsGanyuanRan/AegisUse when facing 2+ independent tasks without a written plan, with no conflicting shared mutable state or sequential dependencies, where parallel delegation beats inline cost; otherwise inline. Planned tasks use subagent-driven-development.Writing★ 1.4K
- subagent-driven-developmentGanyuanRan/AegisUse when executing a written implementation plan with independent tasks in the current session where delegation beats inline coordination cost; otherwise inline. Ad-hoc 2+ tasks without a plan use dispatching-parallel-agents.Marketing★ 1.4K
- handoffborghei/Claude-SkillsThis skill should be used when the user asks to "write a handoff", "hand this off", "package this work for someone else", "summarize where we are so another person/agent can continue", or "create a context doc before I switch off this task".Writing★ 962
- context-engineeringaddyosmani/agent-skillsOptimizes agent context setup. Use when starting a new session, when agent output quality degrades, when switching between tasks, or when you need to configure rules files and context for a project.Productivity★ 109.5K
- dispatch-authoringrampstackco/claude-skillsWrite the structured handoff from a planning session to a coding agent: a dispatch with a header, Gate 0 checks, scope, specification, verification, delivery rules, and stop conditions, so the agent can execute unattended and return a reviewable draft PR. Use this skill whenever the user wants to hand work to an agent, write an agent brief, write instructions for Claude Code, Codex, or a Cursor agent, queue work to run overnight, or turn a plan into something an AI coder can execute without asking questions. Triggers on dispatch, hand off to an agent, agent brief, agent handoff, task brief for an AI coder, instructions for Claude Code, Codex task, Cursor agent, background agent, run this overnight, give this to an agent, unattended run. Also triggers when the user has a plan or a spec and asks how to get an agent to build it, even if they never say dispatch.Writing★ 985
