multiagent-memory-setup
From the author
Import the user's own Claude Code and/or Codex session history (the prompts they typed and the agents' answers) into one cognee dataset, then answer questions over it, across every agent and per agent. Use when someone wants to load, import or backfill their previous coding-agent sessions into cognee, give several coding agents one shared memory of past work, or ask what their earlier sessions were about. Runs locally; reads ~/.claude and ~/.codex read-only, writes only to cognee's memory.

- refactor-memoryvinta/hal-9000Use when refactoring Claude Code or Codex memories to remove stale or derivable entries, resolve contradictions, promote standing instructions, or reorganize recall. Not for standalone CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, or rules cleanupEngineering★ 142
- memory-kitjeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplacePersistent context management for Claude Code sessions. Save, load, update, share, and audit session memory via MEMORY.md. Prevents context loss on compaction or session restart. Use when starting a session, before compaction, syncing context across teammates, or pruning stale memory entries. Trigger with "save memory", "load memory", "memory audit", "memory share".Productivity★ 2.9K
- mentorsmixs/mentorGenerate an /insights-style HTML report across MANY of your agent coding sessions (Claude Code and OpenAI Codex): what you work on, how you use the agent, your wins, your friction points, and concrete fixes to become more effective — precise goal-setting, not trusting output blindly, scoping, context hygiene, right-sizing models. Reads local session history and writes one self-contained report.html. Use when the user asks to "разбери мои сессии", "оцени как я работаю с агентом", "мой insights", "session insights report", "review how I work", "на что обратить внимание", or runs "/mentor", "/mentor claude", "/mentor codex", "/mentor both". Do NOT use for reviewing the CODE produced (that's code-review) or building the agent.Writing★ 85

- coding-agent-sessionscode-yeongyu/oh-my-openagentFinds, reads, and reconstructs coding-agent sessions across Codex, Claude, OpenCode, OMO/Senpi, and other local agent logs. - Mnemoverse Memory MCPagentskillexchange/skillsGive Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and ChatGPT agents hosted persistent memory over MCP that learns from outcomes: the agent calls memory_feedback to report whether a recalled memory helped or misled, and later memory_read results are re-ranked. Use it when memory has to follow an agent across sessions and clients, or when several agents share one memory through a room.Productivity★ 58
