Mnemoverse Memory MCP
From the author
Give Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and ChatGPT agents hosted persistent memory over MCP that learns from outcomes: the agent calls memory_feedback to report whether a recalled memory helped or misled, and later memory_read results are re-ranked. Use it when memory has to follow an agent across sessions and clients, or when several agents share one memory through a room.

- mesh-memoryskillmds/skillmdSelf-hosted semantic memory for AI agents via MCP. Save worklogs, decisions, and notes, then recall them across sessions by meaning, not keyword. Postgres + pgvector with auto-tagging.Productivity★ 191
- codebase-memory-mcpgithub/awesome-copilotUse when exploring unfamiliar code, mapping architecture, finding symbols or relationships, tracing callers, callees, data flow or dependencies, assessing impact, auditing dead or complex code, or handling explicit Codebase Memory requests. Otherwise skip tasks confined to a supplied known file, tiny one-file check, exact literal, configuration value, error string, or non-code text.Productivity★ 40.6K
- memcodeThinkInAIXYZ/deepchatUse the enabled Memcode MCP connection to explicitly save approved facts and recall relevant memories across DeepChat conversations. Never save a transcript or retrieve memory automatically.Productivity★ 6.4K
- multiagent-memory-setuptopoteretes/cogneeImport the user's own Claude Code and/or Codex session history (the prompts they typed and the agents' answers) into one cognee dataset, then answer questions over it, across every agent and per agent. Use when someone wants to load, import or backfill their previous coding-agent sessions into cognee, give several coding agents one shared memory of past work, or ask what their earlier sessions were about. Runs locally; reads ~/.claude and ~/.codex read-only, writes only to cognee's memory.Productivity★ 32.9K
- memoryjeremylongshore/tons-of-skills-marketplaceUse when sharpening a perception or observation you ALREADY formed about conversation state, user behavior, drift, emotional shifts, or cross-turn patterns. Trigger phrases include "what did you notice about X", "the user keeps doing Y", "I sense something has changed", "is the user X-ing", "what does this pattern suggest", "what shifted across our turns", "am I missing something here", "why did the conversation move from X to Y", or any moment requiring verification of whether a felt signal is real or projection. The skill calls the memory MCP tool to retrieve a perception scaffold (perception failure, detection procedure, suppression vectors) that SHARPENS an observation you already have. It is NOT a substitute for observing first. Do NOT trigger for fact extraction, summarization, list-making, factual lookups, or write-heavy memory tasks (storing/retrieving structured data). Memory harness is filter/perception oriented; calling on write-heavy tasks produces scaffold paralysis.Productivity★ 2.9K
- magentshashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsTalk to other coding agents on this machine (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, AGY, Grok, OpenCode) through the magents MCP. Use when the user asks what another agent was working on, wants to carry on that work, send them a message, start an independent agent session, or check the shared inbox. Prefer magents MCP tools over hunting session files on disk.Engineering★ 1.5K
