aiqbench analysis

This paper presents a novel method for autonomously stabilizing specific nonclassical Fock states within a Kerr cavity by leveraging auxiliary-qubit relaxation to rectify anti-Jaynes-Cummings interactions. The study provides both analytical models and full Lindblad simulations demonstrating the generation of steady states with pronounced Wigner negativity, which is crucial for quantum information processing. These findings advance the field of autonomous reservoir engineering, offering a scalable pathway for preparing nonclassical bosonic states essential for future quantum networks.

Relaxation-Rectified Anti-Jaynes-Cummings Cascades for Autonomous Fock-State Stabilization

arXiv1 min read

arXiv:2608.22298v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: We propose an autonomous scheme for stabilizing prescribed Fock states in a Kerr cavity by rectifying anti-Jaynes--Cummings interactions with auxiliary-qubit relaxation. Full Lindblad simulations demonstrate steady states dominated by the Fock states $|1\rangle$ through $|4\rangle$, accompanied by pronounced Wigner negativity. An analytical birth--death model captures the steady-state populations and identifies the operating regime for stabilization. These results establish auxiliary-qubit relaxation as a resource for autonomous reservoir engineering and provide a route to nonclassical bosonic-state preparation in a single Kerr cavity and, through a boundary reservoir, in a Kerr-cavity chain.
