aiqbench analysis

This preprint investigates the constraints imposed by relativistic principles on local evolutions within non-factor quantum systems, such as those found in quantum spacetimes. The authors demonstrate that any evolution preserving causality (no superluminal signals) must be linear, unitary, and respect the system's block decomposition, extending previous results from factor systems to this broader context.

Non-factor quantum dynamics and relativity

arXiv:2609.30942v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: We consider the effect of relativistic principles on the structure of the local evolutions of non-factor quantum systems such as those which naturally arise in quantum spacetimes and causal structures. Generalising a former result that had been given for factor systems, we show that any evolution which can be applied locally on a direct sum of factor systems and without producing superluminal signals must be linear, unitary, and respect the block decomposition of the system.
