Industrial Capital Makes Frequent Moves as Share Buybacks and Stake Increases Heat Up Among Beijing Stock Exchange Listed Companies
Industrial capital has been making frequent moves recently, with share increases and buybacks by companies listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE) clearly heating up. Recently, Jinbo Biotech announced that its strategic investor, Yangshengtang, made its first share purchase through centralized bidding. Previously, it had pledged to accumulate no less than 1 billion yuan in shares within 18 months, making it one of the largest stake-increase commitments on the BSE this year. Yangshengtang is controlled by Zhong Shanshan, founder of Nongfu Spring, who holds a 98.38% stake in Yangshengtang. At the same time, multiple BSE-listed companies simultaneously released buyback announcements, with both planned buyback amounts and actual buyback scales reaching recent highs, forming a two-way push of shareholder stake increases and company buybacks.
