Fuling Electric Power: State Grid Approves Free Transfer of 640 Million Shares, Pending Exchange Confirmation
36Kr learned from a Fuling Electric Power announcement that State Grid Integrated Energy Services Group Co., Ltd. had previously planned to transfer, free of charge, 640 million shares of the company (accounting for 41.65% of the listed company's total share capital) held by Chongqing Chuandong Electric Power Group Co., Ltd. to State Grid Integrated Energy. The latest progress is that State Grid Corporation of China has completed its review and approval, and State Grid Integrated Energy and Chuandong Electric Power signed a Share Free Transfer Agreement on November 2, 2026. The transfer still requires compliance confirmation from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and completion of the share transfer registration at the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation. Upon completion, the company's direct controlling shareholder will change from Chuandong Electric Power to State Grid Integrated Energy, while the actual controller remains the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
