Suspended Stocks Delisting Becomes Routine on HKEX; 25 Companies Forcibly Delisted This Year
This year, Hong Kong's IPO market has remained hot, with a batch of companies successfully listing even as poorly performing firms are accelerating their exit. Wind data shows that as of October 15, 36 Hong Kong-listed companies have completed delisting this year, 25 of which were forcibly delisted by HKEX; several others have received approval from the HKEX Listing Committee to be delisted and will soon exit the Hong Kong market.
