dataviz
From the author
Use this skill whenever you are about to create ANY chart, graph, plot, dashboard, or data visualization, in ANY output medium (HTML/React artifact, inline SVG, matplotlib/plotly/d3/Recharts, PNG). Read it BEFORE writing the first line of chart code, choosing chart colors, building a stat tile / KPI row, or laying out a dashboard. Teaches a design-system-agnostic method - form heuristic, color formula with a runnable validator, mark specs, interaction rules. Default palette in references/palette.md.

- datavisforyourhealth111-pixel/Vibe-SkillsComprehensive data visualization toolkit for creating beautiful, mathematically elegant visualizations with D3.js, Chart.js, and custom SVG. Use when (1) building interactive data visualizations, (2) designing color palettes for charts, (3) choosing scales and visual encodings, (4) creating data pipelines from Census/SEC/Wikipedia APIs, (5) crafting narrative-driven data stories, (6) making perceptually accurate charts, or (7) implementing force-directed networks, timelines, or geographic maps.Other★ 3.8K
- tufte-data-vizcaylent/tufte-data-vizUse when creating, reviewing, or styling charts, graphs, dashboards, sparklines, or any data visualization. Applies to Recharts, ECharts, Chart.js, matplotlib, Plotly, seaborn, D3.js, and SVG. Enforces Tufte principles (data-ink ratio, direct labeling, range-frame axes) plus modern screen-first standards (accessibility, responsive, dark mode).Other★ 230
- d3-vizaiskillstore/marketplaceCreating interactive data visualisations using d3.js. This skill should be used when creating custom charts, graphs, network diagrams, geographic visualisations, or any complex SVG-based data visualisation that requires fine-grained control over visual elements, transitions, or interactions. Use this for bespoke visualisations beyond standard charting libraries, whether in React, Vue, Svelte, vanilla JavaScript, or any other environment.Engineering★ 448
- visualizing-dataancoleman/ai-design-componentsBuilds dashboards, reports, and data-driven interfaces requiring charts, graphs, or visual analytics. Provides systematic framework for selecting appropriate visualizations based on data characteristics and analytical purpose. Includes 24+ visualization types organized by purpose (trends, comparisons, distributions, relationships, flows, hierarchies, geospatial), accessibility patterns (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance), colorblind-safe palettes, and performance optimization strategies. Use when creating visualizations, choosing chart types, displaying data graphically, or designing data interfaces.Data★ 526
- create-vizanthropics/knowledge-work-pluginsCreate publication-quality visualizations with Python. Use when turning query results or a DataFrame into a chart, selecting the right chart type for a trend or comparison, generating a plot for a report or presentation, or needing an interactive chart with hover and zoom.OfficialEngineering★ 34K
- data-formshuytieu/COG-second-brainPick the right way to represent a dataset so a reader gets the finding in three seconds — a catalog of 20+ chart and diagram forms with when-to-use and failure modes, plus the encoding decisions that make any of them readable (takeaway headline, direct labels, kill the axis, highlight-and-mute, show the caveat). Style-agnostic — use with whatever palette or design system the destination already has. Use when charting survey results, benchmark data, usage metrics, or research findings for a post, brief, deck, or report, and whenever the default bar chart feels like it's burying the point.Documents★ 1.3K
