vital-signs
From the author
Katara checks the vital signs so she knows the patient is really well, not just quiet. Use for create-verification-skill, /create-verification-skill, "make a control skill for this repo", "make a driver skill for this repo", or when a project has no scripted way to prove UI, CLI, or service behavior. Generates a project-local verify skill that drives the app the way a user does, in any language, framework, or platform, and proves it end to end.

- create-verification-skillpaperclipai/paperclipGenerate a project-local verification skill that drives your app the way a user does — any language, framework, or platform. Use for /create-verification-skill, "make a control skill for this repo", or when a project has no scripted way to prove UI/CLI/service behavior.Design★ 107.1K
- checkuptmcfarlane/team-avatarKatara's regular checkup, because a patient who was healthy last month can be sick today. Use for maintain-verification-skill, /maintain-verification-skill, "audit the verify skill", or "is the feature map still right". Periodic pass that keeps a project's verify skill and feature map honest. One read-only source reader per feature, one live session driving every feature, and at most one PR of proven corrections.Other★ 110
- verifier-setupAI-Builder-Club/skillsSet a repo up to prove engineering-task work actually works before it ships. Investigates the repo, ensures a one-command dev stack (`dev-local`) exists, asks whether verification runs locally or in a sandbox (crabbox), confirms/installs the driver (the `playwright-cli` skill for web by default). Outputs three artifacts: a committed `/verify` skill (per-task verification SOP — spawn a verifier sub-agent → drive the app → screenshot/video proof → open a PR with the proof embedded), the `/dev-local` skill + script, and the installed driver skill. Use when someone says "set up verification", "make this repo verifiable", "scaffold a verify skill", "set up the verifier".Testing★ 1.3K
- create-formal-verification-skillmichael-denyer/pstack-claudeGenerate a project-local skill that formally verifies the code where a bug costs the most and tests reach the least, in any language, with whichever verification tool fits. Use for /create-formal-verification-skill, "model-check this race", "prove this invariant", or when concurrency, retries, state machines, parsers, or unsafe code need more than tests.Testing★ 3.4K
- heal-citmcfarlane/team-avatarKatara heals a sick pipeline one wound at a time. Use for fix-ci, /fix-ci, "CI is red", "fix the failing checks", "get CI green", or a branch or PR whose checks fail. Finds the failing checks, reads the logs or external check links for the first actionable error, applies the smallest safe fix, and repeats until the checks are green.Other★ 110
- reality-verificationtzachbon/smart-ralphThis skill should be used when the user asks to "verify a fix", "reproduce failure", "diagnose issue", "check BEFORE/AFTER state", "VF task", "reality check", "check test quality", "mock-only tests", or needs guidance on verifying fixes by reproducing failures before and after implementation, or detecting mock-heavy test anti-patterns.Testing★ 562
