avatar-mode
From the author
Aang's operating mode for Team Avatar, principal-level engineering where each task goes to the character who owns that discipline. Use for "avatar mode", "team avatar", "/avatar-mode", "$avatar-mode", or any nontrivial engineering task (more than one file, a design choice, a bug with an unknown cause, a performance issue) that should be routed to the right specialist and proven before it is called done.

- avatar-helptmcfarlane/team-avatarAang showing a new friend around the team. Explains Team Avatar to a user, the roster and who owns what, how to invoke a skill on Claude Code and Codex, which skill fits a situation, and how to word a good prompt. Use for /avatar-help, "how do I use team avatar", "which skill should I use", "what can the team do", or a question about setup, routing, or a run that went wrong.Engineering★ 110

Configures which model each Team Avatar character runs on, the default reasoning effort, and whether the SessionStart hook routes work into avatar-mode. Use for /avatar-setup, "setup team avatar", "configure team avatar models", changing a character's model, or turning the session hook on or off.Other★ 110
- teammodecode-yeongyu/oh-my-openagentCodex-only team orchestration: run a named team of cooperating Codex workers with durable, script-managed state. MUST USE when the user asks Codex to create, run, coordinate, inspect, archive, or delete a team of agents/threads/sessions, or to work on something as a team in parallel. FIRST inspects the active tool surface (checking tool_search for deferred tools) and tells the user the route: native MultiAgentV2 agents (flat spawn_agent with task_name) when available, Codex App threads as the fallback, or a plain-subagent split when neither set exists. The main session is always the leader; members are defined by a concrete part, ownership area, or perspective - never a vague job role; a bundled cross-platform script writes the .omo/teams state plus an auto-generated member field manual. Use a team when the work is not perfectly isolated but parallelizing helps; use plain subagents when scope is perfectly isolated or the goal is ambiguous.
