good-first-issue-sweep
From the author
Sweep the open `<issue-tracker>` backlog for issues that could be labelled as good first issues. Classifies each candidate as READY (propose the GFI label), NEAR-MISS (surface edits to make it GFI-ready), or SKIP using the G1–G7 rubric. Applies labels only after explicit maintainer confirmation.

- good-first-issue-authorapache/magpieDraft one net-new *good first issue* on the configured `<upstream>` repo from one supplied gap or small maintainer-named task. Run suitability and readiness checks before showing the draft. File via `gh` only after explicit maintainer confirmation. Never curate or relabel the existing backlog.Productivity★ 126
- stale-sweepapache/magpieSweep open `<issue-tracker>` issues for inactivity past a configurable threshold and propose either a closure (when the issue has been unresponsive long enough to presume abandonment) or an update request (nudge the reporter to confirm the issue is still relevant). - bug-triageskillmds/skillmdTurn a pile of bugs, issues, and error reports into a ranked, actionable plan with reproduction evidence. Ingests GitHub issues via gh, TODO/FIXME scans, error logs, or a pasted list; attempts to reproduce or classify every item (confirmed, unconfirmed, cannot-repro, each with evidence); scores each by user impact times frequency times fix cost times regression risk; clusters duplicates and shared root causes; and emits a ranked table with a per-bug next action plus a suggested first-sprint slice of quick wins totaling at most one day. Use when you say "triage these bugs", "prioritize the backlog", "which bugs should we fix first", "make sense of these error reports", "rank the open issues", or "clean up the issue tracker".Planning★ 190
