brainstorm
From the author
TRIGGER when: asked to brainstorm, think through, explore, or pressure-test a technical idea or decision through conversation. Interviews adaptively, asks one question at a time, and closes with a chat recap. For technical products, architecture, infrastructure, tools, operations, and engineering workflows. Written design/specification and task-list requests belong to /kk:design; durable domain glossary/reference kits to /kk:model; implementation and fixes to /kk:implement. Not for nontechnical brainstorming.

- designserpro69/claude-toolboxTRIGGER when: asked to write or refine a technical design, PRD, specification, implementation plan, or task list, or resume an existing docs/feat/wip feature. Turns ideas and requirements into written design documents, implementation plans, and tasks in docs/feat/wip/ before coding. For conversational exploration without written planning, use /kk:brainstorm.Design★ 152
- brainstormingGanyuanRan/AegisUse when defining ambiguous or high-complexity new features, product behavior, UI/component design, architecture choices, contract changes, or when grilling/pressure-testing a plan or design. Routine small requests stay on the fast path.Planning★ 1.4K
- strategy-interviewexistential-birds/beagleUse when the user wants to build or think through a strategy via guided conversation — for a company, product, team, career, or initiative. Triggers on "help me figure out our direction", "what should we focus on", strategic planning, competitive positioning, go-to-market strategy. Also catches indirect requests like prioritization struggles or "we have too many priorities". Does NOT review existing strategy documents (use strategy-review) or brainstorm project features (use brainstorm-beagle).Planning★ 84
- brainstorm-beagleexistential-birds/beagleUse when the user has a fuzzy idea and wants to shape it into a concrete project spec before planning or building. Triggers on: "brainstorm this", "I have an idea for...", "help me think through this project", "what should I build", "spec this out". Also catches vague feature descriptions needing structured questioning to clarify scope. Does NOT write code, plan implementation, review strategy docs, or run strategy interviews — produces a WHAT/WHY spec through dialogue, not a HOW plan.Planning★ 84
- implementserpro69/claude-toolboxTRIGGER when: user asks to implement, fix, build, or work on something — whether from a docs/feat/wip plan OR a standalone task (bug fix, GitHub issue, one-off change). Examples: "work on task 1", "fix this bug", "implement feature X from the issue". Provides structured execution with profile detection, dependency handling, review checkpoints.Planning★ 152
- testing-strategyanthropics/knowledge-work-pluginsDesign test strategies and test plans. Trigger with "how should we test", "test strategy for", "write tests for", "test plan", "what tests do we need", or when the user needs help with testing approaches, coverage, or test architecture.OfficialTesting★ 32.8K
