exploring-data
From the author
Exploratory data analysis. Use when users upload .csv/.xlsx/.json/.parquet files or request "explore data", "analyze dataset", "EDA", "profile data". Small files get ydata-profiling HTML/JSON reports; large files (over 200MB or 5M rows) get fixed-memory DuckDB/sketch profiling. Also covers near-duplicate row detection, cross-file key overlap ("can these join?"), dataset drift vs a stored baseline, and time-series profiling.

- exploratory-data-analysisK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsPerforms bounded, local exploratory analysis of explicitly supported scientific files. Supports redacted CSV/TSV/JSON profiles; optional NumPy, HDF5, FASTA/FASTQ, and basic image metadata inspection; missingness/leakage audits; outlier and transformation sensitivity; and rigorous EDA report scaffolds. Other domain formats are reference-only and unknown formats fail closed.Data★ 55.2K

- edabrycewang-stanford/Auto-Empirical-Research-SkillsComprehensive exploratory data analysis with publication-quality descriptive tables, correlation matrices, distribution plots, and assumption testing. Generates a standalone EDA report with Table 1 (gtsummary/great_tables), correlation heatmap, distribution diagnostics, VIF for multicollinearity, and normality/homoscedasticity tests. All figures are APA-formatted and colorblind-safe. Use when the user says "exploratory analysis," "EDA," "descriptive statistics," "explore the data," "Table 1," "correlations," "distributions," or when /data-clean completes successfully. Triggers on "EDA," "descriptive," "Table 1," "explore," "correlations."Testing★ 4.8K

- data-analysispedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowEnd-to-end R data analysis pipeline — exploration → cleaning → regression → publication-ready tables and figures. Use when user says "analyze this dataset", "run a regression on X", "explore this CSV", "full analysis workflow", "get me summary stats and a regression", or points at a `.csv`/`.rds`/`.dta` and asks for empirical results. Produces numbered R scripts in `scripts/R/` and outputs to `output/`.Data★ 1.7K
