suggest
From the author
Always-on. Use whenever the current user turn would clearly benefit from an rsc skill that is not yet installed — detect the gap during normal agent use, name the skill, and (with a one-word confirm) install it via `npx @ericrisco/rsc add <id>`. Triggers on capability intent in any language: building technology, creating content/assets, automating workflows, analyzing data, connecting tools, shipping/deploying, security, business ops, marketing, education, research, or company/documentation harness work.
Install
npx skills add ericrisco/rsc-harness --skill suggest -a claude-code
Installs to .claude/skills/suggest/ · Each command fetches the skill straight from GitHub with the open skills CLI.
Byte-identical to the scanned commit, with the repository’s licence and a SOURCE.txt.

Supports single skills, multi-agent suites, transcript processing, template-based creation, interactive configuration, cross-platform export, spec validation, and security auditing of third-party skills before install.Security★ 2.4K
- skill-scoutericrisco/rsc-harnessUse when a specialized skill probably exists but is not loaded, when a task feels harder than it should because generic reasoning is doing a domain skill's job, when the work just delivered was a repeatable procedure worth turning into a skill or an agent, or when auditing coverage for holes. Resolves against what already exists — installed skills, catalog skills and agent files — then names the gap and emits the install command. NOT routing among skills you already have (that is `suggest`), NOT writing the artifact when none exists (that is `author-skill` for skills, `building-agents` for agents).Writing★ 272
