harness
From the author
Use when governing a workspace's control plane, code or not — the `01-TOOLS/` tooling layer, the `02-DOCS/` chaos→knowledge wiki, the root Knowledge map. Audits it, migrates legacy `XX-*` folders, scaffolds provider tooling, sweeps the inbox, eats a file the person hands over ("cómete este fichero", "guárdalo en la documentación": moved into 02-DOCS/raw/ and documented), writes root CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md. NOT the bootstrap front door (that is `init`, which hands off here).

npx skills add ericrisco/rsc-harness --skill harness -a claude-code
Installs to .claude/skills/harness/ · Each command fetches the skill straight from GitHub with the open skills CLI.

- doctrinetelagod/code-abyssThe operating doctrine, self-contained in this folder. Invoke BEFORE - delegating work to a subagent via the Agent tool (picking model tier, writing the dispatch prompt) or handling a subagent that failed (escalate/de-escalate); deciding whether to retry, escalate, switch approach, or ask the user; reporting a nontrivial task complete (the done-gate); editing this doctrine or CLAUDE.md; recording a lesson about the harness.Writing★ 242
- knowledge-opsericrisco/rsc-harnessUse when an already-running 02-DOCS/ wiki needs gardening judgment — what is worth capturing (default: nothing), where a loose note belongs, whether to split a bloated article or merge near-duplicates, how to link orphans back in, and what retires to _archive (never delete). NOT building or sweeping the wiki engine itself (that is `harness`).Writing★ 255
- sddericrisco/rsc-harnessUse when you want a disciplined, spec-driven path from a feature idea to shipped, verified software — the SDD dispatcher and front door, in any language. States the method, reads the user's register from 02-DOCS, and routes to the right phase: constitution -> specify -> clarify -> plan -> tasks -> analyze -> implement -> verify -> review -> ship, with debug / worktrees / parallel on demand. Use it to start a feature, to govern the whole flow, or when unsure which phase you are in. NOT a single phase itself (it dispatches), NOT the workspace harness (that is `harness`), NOT a stack build skill.Planning★ 255
- harness-auditundefined-ui/second-brain-osAudit an agent's harness against the four rings: containment, guides, sensors, permissions. Use when the user asks whether their agent setup is safe, wants a review of sandboxing / permissions / hooks / AGENTS.md guardrails, or asks what a bad session could break. Read-only: reports the blast radius and a hardening list, changes nothing. Do NOT use for context layout (context-audit) or cost routing (gate-check).Engineering★ 1.1K
- setup-codebase-harnessAI-Builder-Club/skillsMaster skill — set up the full agent harness for any repo so an agent can work it reliably: legible (map-not-manual docs + custom lints), executable (one-command dev stack), verifiable (e2e gate + a verify-before-ship loop), plus commit hygiene and entropy control. Use when onboarding a new/unfamiliar codebase to agent-driven development — "set up the harness", "make this repo agent-ready", "harness this codebase".Testing★ 1.3K
- howmichael-denyer/pstack-claudeUse for "how does X work", code walkthroughs before changing something, and placement / ownership / layering questions ("where should this live", "which package owns this", "is this the right layer"). Explains subsystem architecture, runtime flow, onboarding mental models. Use why for motivation.Planning★ 3.4K
