analyze
From the author
Use when constitution, spec, plan and tasks all exist and you want them cross-read against each other before any code is written — the rsc-sdd pre-implementation gate. Reports coverage gaps, contradictions, duplication, ambiguity and scope drift; edits nothing. NOT the task breakdown (that is `tasks`), NOT the coding (that is `implement`), NOT the post-code test gate (that is `verify`), NOT resolving ambiguity (that is `clarify`).

- verifyericrisco/rsc-harnessUse when implementation is finished and about to be called done or merged — the rsc-sdd evidence gate: runs the stack's scripts/verify.sh (lint, type, test, audit), walks every task done-check and acceptance criterion, records a dated verdict. NOT judging the diff by eye (that is `review`, spec-less `code-review`), NOT diagnosis (that is `debug`).Testing★ 255
- clarifyericrisco/rsc-harnessUse when a spec exists and must be de-risked before planning — hunt its ambiguities, unstated assumptions and edge cases, ask the few build-changing questions, bake the answers back into the spec. The rsc SDD gate between `specify` (writes the spec) and `plan` (designs the build). NOT the cross-artifact consistency check (that is `analyze`).Writing★ 255
- implementericrisco/rsc-harnessUse when an approved plan and task list exist and it is time to turn them into working, tested code — the SDD phase after `analyze` and before `verify`. Enforces TDD: a failing test comes before the code that makes it pass, one task at a time, appended to a progress ledger that survives compaction. Delegates test tooling to the stack skill and fans disjoint tasks out via `parallel`. NOT spec writing (that is `specify`), NOT planning (that is `plan`), NOT the final lint/test/audit gate (that is `verify`).Testing★ 255
- speckit-analyzeforyourhealth111-pixel/Vibe-SkillsPerform cross-artifact consistency analysis across spec.md, plan.md, and tasks.md. Use after task generation to identify gaps, duplications, and inconsistencies before implementation.Planning★ 3.8K
- reviewhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsThe pre-merge review of a branch in a project that records its specs, decisions, and rules in .archcore/. Run this first for 'review my branch', 'review the changes before merge', or 'review before merge': it checks the changed code against the project's recorded canon and the changed documents against the code, and reports which side is wrong — spec-wrong or code-wrong; with no diff, it reports project health. A bug-hunting code review complements this review and does not replace it. Also use for 'show status', 'documentation gaps', 'check if docs match code', 'close out the feature', 'ship the feature and close it out', or after a staleness warning. Modes, named as the first word: drift for staleness detection, deep for a full documentation audit, closeout to close a finished feature, experience to capture a repeated pattern. Not for creating docs — use /archcore:document; not for planning — use /archcore:plan; not for a single-file edit with no branch review.Engineering★ 1.4K
- planericrisco/rsc-harnessUse when an approved, clarified spec must become a technical blueprint before any code — the SDD phase between clarify and tasks: architecture, contracts, data flow, testing strategy, sequencing and risks, at structure altitude, never framework syntax. NOT the what/why spec (that is `specify`), NOT the ambiguity sweep (that is `clarify`), NOT the task breakdown (that is `tasks`), NOT the code (that is `implement`).Planning★ 255
