super-collect
From the author
Find problems in one project and file them as tickets into its super-board Backlog — the board fixes them. Source plug-ins - sentry (app errors), posthog (exceptions, rage/dead clicks, failure events, web vitals, tracking gaps), github (issues not on the board), prs (recurring problems in merged PRs and their review comments), architecture (refactor findings), plus any custom source added in onboard (an MCP server, HTTP API, CLI command or app). Each candidate is checked by one fresh verifier before filing. Dry-run by default. Use when the user says "super-collect", "/super-collect", "/super-collect sentry", "collect tickets", "triage errors onto the board", "what keeps breaking", or "find refactors".

- oh-my-issuesthedotmack/claude-memCluster a GitHub issue backlog by root cause into a small set of plan-master issues, redirect children with a standardized comment, and bundle architectural-fix PRs that close clusters atomically. Use when an issue tracker has accumulated dozens of reports that share underlying defects, when asked to triage / consolidate / cluster / dedupe issues, when asked to build a plan series or roadmap from open issues, or when routing a new incoming bug into an existing plan.Planning★ 103K
- bug-triageskillmds/skillmdTurn a pile of bugs, issues, and error reports into a ranked, actionable plan with reproduction evidence. Ingests GitHub issues via gh, TODO/FIXME scans, error logs, or a pasted list; attempts to reproduce or classify every item (confirmed, unconfirmed, cannot-repro, each with evidence); scores each by user impact times frequency times fix cost times regression risk; clusters duplicates and shared root causes; and emits a ranked table with a per-bug next action plus a suggested first-sprint slice of quick wins totaling at most one day. Use when you say "triage these bugs", "prioritize the backlog", "which bugs should we fix first", "make sense of these error reports", "rank the open issues", or "clean up the issue tracker".Planning★ 190
- ticket-authoringrampstackco/claude-skillsWrite complete, ready-to-pull work items for an issue tracker: bugs, tasks, stories, spikes, and epics, each with the fields, attachments, and done test its type requires. Use this skill whenever the user wants to write a ticket, create a Jira issue, Linear issue, or GitHub issue, file a bug report, write a user story or acceptance criteria, scope a spike, open an epic, or break work into tasks. Triggers on write a ticket, create an issue, file a bug, bug report, user story, spike, epic, task breakdown, turn this into tickets, break this down, acceptance criteria, definition of ready, ready for dev, backlog item, capitalization stage. Also triggers when the user pastes a PRD, a spec, or a bug description and asks what to do with it, even if they never say the word ticket.Testing★ 994
- git-workflownetresearch/git-workflow-skillUse when establishing branching strategies, implementing Conventional Commits, creating or reviewing PRs, resolving PR review comments, merging PRs (including CI verification, auto-merge queues, and post-merge cleanup), managing PR review threads, merging PRs with signed commits, handling merge conflicts, verifying a merge didn't silently drop changes, syncing a long-diverged branch (e.g. master into integration), rebasing a long-lived branch onto a moved base or splitting one into several PRs, integrating Git with CI/CD, setting up git hooks (lefthook, captainhook, husky, pre-commit), debugging hook-install failures in git worktrees, or working in a bare-repo plus per-branch-worktree layout, including consolidating a directory that holds both a plain clone and a .bare. The pull-request tooling is GitHub-only; references/pull-request-workflow.md carries the GitLab equivalents. Not for creating releases (use github-release) or diagnosing BLOCKED/won't-merge PRs (use github-project).Engineering★ 55
- issuespedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowKeeps a project's to-do list and memory in GitHub issues — files each finding (from a review, an audit, or the user) as its own issue without duplicates, lists the open issues that bear on the current work, and closes an issue with a comment recording what was wrong, what was tried, what worked, and how it was fixed. Use when review findings or a list of problems should become tracked work (a paper's misleading claims, a codebase's bugs, improvements for later), when starting or resuming work and deciding what to do next, or when a fix has landed and its issue should be closed with a record. Needs the GitHub CLI; warns before posting to a public repository.Science★ 1.7K
