maker-council
From the author
When you want multiple expert perspectives on a founder/operator question — a simulated board of advisors (Jason Fried, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Jensen Huang, Bob Iger, Paul Graham, Naval Ravikant, Sara Blakely, Jason Cohen). Bring a real decision — "should I raise prices?", "hire my first employee?", "raise or bootstrap?", "kill this project?" — and the council weighs in through documented frameworks, surfaces disagreements, and synthesizes a recommendation. Also use for 'maker council,' 'board of advisors,' 'what would Bezos do,' 'what would Jason Fried say,' 'channel Naval,' 'ask the council,' or how a famous founder would approach a problem. Optional live-research pass via deep-research / watch-video / last30days. Marketing questions go to marketing-skills' marketing-council. Archives to ~/.config/makerskills/maker-council/archive/. To commit to a direction, hand off to decide.

- marketing-councilcoreyhaines31/marketingskillsWhen the user wants multiple expert perspectives on a marketing question — a simulated board of advisors staffed by legendary marketers (Seth Godin, David Ogilvy, Eugene Schwartz, April Dunford, Rory Sutherland, Alex Hormozi, Byron Sharp, and more). Also use when the user mentions 'marketing council,' 'board of advisors,' 'advisory board,' 'what would Seth Godin say,' 'what would Ogilvy think,' 'channel Hormozi,' 'get multiple perspectives,' 'debate this,' 'have the council review,' 'marketing mentors,' or asks how a famous marketer would approach their problem. The council gives each advisor's take through their documented frameworks, surfaces where they disagree, and synthesizes a recommendation. For executing the winning direction, hand off to positioning, offers, copywriting, ads, or the relevant skill.Marketing★ 56.8K
- founder-boardJakeschincariol/founder-skillYour board of directors. Puts a business idea in front of a three-member board, each a sub-agent reading the idea through one published framework: the Offers lens (from Alex Hormozi's $100M Offers), the Monopoly lens (from Peter Thiel's Zero to One) and the Product lens (from Walter Isaacson's biography of Steve Jobs). Each member scores the idea, names the risks that would kill it and votes fund, fund with conditions, or pass. Use when the user says "test my business idea", "would this work", "pressure-test this", "what would a board say", "is this a good business", or starts the founder pack on a new idea.Testing★ 1.9K
- customer-panel-of-expertsOneWave-AI/claude-skillsBuild a panel of your real buyer personas (from a deep scan of any tools you allow it to connect to) and have them debate any decision you bring — a marketing launch, a price increase, a new product, a positioning change, a feature cut. Returns a structured debate, the strongest objections, and a clear recommendation. Use when you want your actual customers in the room before you commit.Marketing★ 384
- strategy-boardtronghieu/agent-skillsA C-level strategy advisory board, run as a team of named specialist agents, that takes an executive from a raw strategic question to a defended, board-ready recommendation. Use this skill whenever the user faces a significant business decision or wants strategic analysis — market entry, build-vs-buy, M&A, digital transformation, annual planning, portfolio prioritization, pricing, a big investment, a competitive threat, a turnaround. Trigger on requests like "should we invest in / build / buy / enter…", "develop a strategy for…", "evaluate this opportunity", "make the business case", "stress-test this plan", "run a pre-mortem", or "prepare a board presentation" — in any language, even when the user doesn't say the word "strategy". Also trigger when the user names a board member (Drucker, Porter, Christensen, Graham, Grove, Wack, Taleb, Minto) or asks to convene the board / open a boardroom session.Testing★ 88
- decision-panelmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsRun a decision past a panel of clashing advisors — an optimist, a pessimist, a numbers person, an ethicist, and future-you — then get a chair's verdict. Use when asked to help me decide, weigh this decision, what should I do about, or run this by different advisors. Produces each advisor's honest take on the decision (each committed to their lens), where they disagree most, the question that would break the tie, and a chair's recommendation that weighs the panel — turning a lonely choice into a structured board meeting.Other★ 1.5K
- consciousness-councilK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsStructures a multi-perspective council exercise for decisions, research trade-offs, and creative challenges. Simulates thinking archetypes, separates evidence from assumptions and values, and synthesizes a conditional recommendation. Use when the user requests a council, panel, devil's advocate analysis, "mind council", or deliberate comparison of perspectives on a difficult choice.Science★ 54.9K
