company-cfo
From the author
Monthly CFO workflow for a company or agency — pull raw data from bank + payment processor + payroll + expense management, categorize and reconcile, compute end-of-month cash via transaction-sum method, update a scenario projector for forward forecasting, write the monthly snapshot report, surface decisions to leadership. Modes — monthly (default; the standing report), weekly (thin cash pulse), scenario (ad-hoc modeling in the projector), pickup (resume where the prior run left off). Anonymized team-scope sibling to personal-cfo (which handles personal household finances). Composes with company-brain (report gets stored + wiki-indexed there), toolify (wire company-specific data sources), loopify (schedule the monthly + weekly runs). Triggers on "/company-cfo," "/cfo," "monthly cash report," "do the CFO snapshot," "CFO monthly," "let's run CFO," "cash projection," "runway forecast," "monthly financials," "cash pulse."

- founder-cfoJakeschincariol/founder-skillYour CFO. Builds the unit economics of a business before money is spent: what one unit earns after its direct costs, the real profit margin at the planned volume, the break-even point in units a day, year 1 month by month, the cash needed before it pays for itself, how long the startup spend takes to earn back, and what happens if the price drops, sales come in low or costs rise. Every number traces to an input the user can check. Use when the user says "find the profit margins", "do the numbers", "is this profitable", "break-even", "unit economics", "how much do I need to start", or "run the CFO".Planning★ 1.5K
- personal-cfocoreyhaines31/makerskillsWhen you want to model personal financial scenarios — house purchase + rental income (ADU, bedroom rentals, house-hacking), renovation budgets, monthly cash flow, big-purchase decisions, savings/investment what-ifs for a household. Ships with a house scenario template; other scenarios (refi, car, education, retirement, side income) slot in as templates. Outputs markdown scenario comparison tables. Saves scenarios to ~/Documents/personal-cfo/ with an index in ~/.config/makerskills/personal-cfo/archive/. Not for company books or monthly reporting (that's company-cfo). Composes with decide, deep-research (rental comps, rates), business-brainstorm, second-brain. Triggers on "/personal-cfo," "model this scenario," "house math," "rental forecast," "monthly cash flow," "what if I rent out the ADU," "compare these housing scenarios," "should we buy this house," "house-hack math," "renovation budget."Science★ 869
- cash-flow-snapshotanthropics/knowledge-work-pluginsReads AR/AP, historical cash timing, and known fixed costs from the ledger (MYOB, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books) or from PayPal, Square, or Stripe — or a CSV upload — and produces a 30/60/90-day cash flow forecast with percentage-variance confidence bands and named risk flags. Delivers a chat summary and a downloadable XLSX. Use when the user asks "forecast my cash flow," "will I make payroll," mentions "runway," or says "cash crunch." Falls back to CSV upload when no connector is live.OfficialData★ 31.9K
- portfolio-monitoringanthropics/financial-servicesTrack and analyze portfolio company performance against plan. Ingests monthly/quarterly financial packages (Excel, PDF), extracts KPIs, flags variances to budget, and produces summary dashboards. Use when reviewing portfolio company financials, preparing board materials, or monitoring covenant compliance. Triggers on "review portfolio company", "monthly financials", "how is [company] performing", "covenant check", or "portfolio update".OfficialDocuments★ 40.7K
- plan-payrollanthropics/knowledge-work-pluginsRuns the payroll-confidence chain end to end — forecasts cash across the payroll window with cash-flow-snapshot, ranks and drafts overdue-invoice reminders with invoice-chase to close any gap, then assembles timesheets, flags every anomaly, and stages the run with payroll-prep. On Gusto the run is staged for the owner to submit; on QuickBooks Payroll, or with no payroll system, the last step is a validated run sheet the owner keys in. This chain never presses the payroll button. Builds on the ledger (MYOB, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books), with Gmail or M365, PayPal, Square, Stripe, and either Gusto or QuickBooks Payroll adding detail, and falls back to CSV and timesheet uploads. Use it whenever payroll is the worry, including "can I make payroll," "payroll is due Friday," "plan payroll," "will I have enough to pay the crew," or "I need to run payroll but money is tight." Accepts optional horizon and payroll-date arguments.OfficialPlanning★ 31.9K
