trademark-search-robb-miller
From the author
Run an attorney-facing knockout/availability trademark search across the United States and Canada. Use whenever a user (founder, client, or attorney) asks whether a brand, mark, name, logo, slogan, or product name is "available," "free to use," "clearable," or "already taken" — or asks Claude to "search the trademark register," "check USPTO," "check CIPO," "do a knockout search," "clearance search," "availability search," or "see if [mark] is trademarked." Trigger even when the user phrases it casually ("can I call my company X?", "is this name taken?"). Covers federal USPTO (TESS/TSDR), federal Canada (CIPO), common-law/web/state, and WIPO Madrid international. Output is a knockout availability memo with green/yellow/red verdict for attorney review. Includes professional-responsibility gating (AI-use disclosure, conflict check, scope confirmation) before substantive analysis. Not legal advice — produces work product for attorney sign-off.

- intellectual-propertycbrock84/headcountCovers what the organization owns and what it is only borrowing — trademarks and clearance, copyright and work-for-hire, patents and trade secrets, open-source license obligations and copyleft reach, and IP terms in customer, contractor and AI-tool agreements. Use this to check whether a name is usable, establish that you own work you paid for, decide how to handle a license obligation in a dependency, or respond to an infringement claim.Other★ 2.1K
- replica-brandJakeschincariol/replica-skillNames and rebrands an app clone so it is the user's own: name candidates with the trademark, domain, store and handle checks to run, a new palette checked for contrast, a logo brief, a voice guide, and a sweep tool that finds anything of the original left in the codebase. Use when the user says "name my app", "rebrand the clone", "make it mine", "pick a name and colours", "logo brief", "brand voice", "check for leftovers", or after /replica-entrepreneur. Always runs before /replica-launch.Other★ 4.3K
- copywritingcoreyhaines31/marketingskillsWhen the user wants to write, rewrite, or improve marketing copy for any page, including homepage, landing pages, pricing pages, feature pages, about pages, or product pages. Also use when the user says "write copy for," "improve this copy," "rewrite this page," "marketing copy," "headline help," "CTA copy," "value proposition," "tagline," "hero section copy," "this copy is weak," "this sounds like AI," "AI slop," "make it sound human," or "help me describe my product." Drafts never use AI tells like "it's not X, it's Y" reveals, "no X, no Y, no Z" lists, or sentences that trail into extra comma clauses. For email copy, see emails. For popup copy, see popups. For editing existing copy, see copy-editing. For the offer underneath the copy (bonuses, guarantees, value framing), see offers. Claims must be supportable, and a declined claim names the evidence that would unlock it. Diagnoses the input first (blank brief, real voice, or point edit) and changes only what it calls for.Marketing★ 55.9K
- research-marketgooseworks-ai/goose-skillsMarket research and brand watch: which market the brand is in, how big the reachable part is, what's changing, how buyers buy and what they pay, what people are saying now, and what it means for positioning. Use when the marketer asks for market research, "how big is my market", "what's changing in my category", "what do others charge", "what are people saying about us", "is there demand for <idea>", or "watch my brand / tell me if something blows up" (alerts only, risk first). Researches first, asks only decisions at the end, and delivers a readable report saved to the brand. Not for who the buyers are and their own words — use research-audience; not for a deep look at rivals — use research-competitors.Science★ 1.3K

- claims-gategooseworks-ai/goose-skillsChecks every claim in a piece of copy (ads, emails, posts, pages, scripts, briefs) against the claims the brand has approved. Keeps, rewrites or cuts each line, and lists the proof that would bring a cut line back. When a line the copy needs has no approval, it asks for a short sign-off on the 3 to 5 lines that matter and records the answer. Use alone when you already have the copy and a brand set up; otherwise run the playbook for the job (e.g. make-static-ads, make-content, write-outreach).Marketing★ 1.3K
