From the author
Skill Refiner, the eval-guided improvement loop for SKILL.md files. Runs the bootstrap, score, propose, apply, and status cycle as a thin wrapper over the published @intentsolutions/refiner CLI, proposing safe, minimal, bounded SKILL.md edits and accepting an edit only when a held-out eval score strictly improves with no regression on any other case. Ships a 3-layer cost-tiered hook architecture (sinker, line, hook) that gates skill quality at edit time, end of turn, and commit time. Use when improving an existing skill, refining a SKILL.md against measured behavior, bootstrapping an eval set for a skill, or gating skill edits before they ship. Trigger with "/j-rig", "refine this skill", "bootstrap an eval set", "propose a skill edit", "promote the candidate", or "skill refiner status".

- code-improvertrailofbits/skillsRuns an autonomous review-and-fix improvement loop over any code target — a skill, plugin, module, or directory — using a reviewer the user names: any installed skill or agent. Keeps a cross-round findings ledger, escalates when fixes stop converging, and guards scope mechanically. Use when asked to 'improve this code until review passes', 'run an improvement loop with <reviewer>', or to iterate review-and-fix with a specific reviewer. For skills prefer the skill-improver entry; for a branch prefer pr-improver.Engineering★ 7.7K
- skill-creatoranthropics/skillsCreate new skills, modify and improve existing skills, and measure skill performance. Use when users want to create a skill from scratch, edit, or optimize an existing skill, run evals to test a skill, benchmark skill performance with variance analysis, or optimize a skill's description for better triggering accuracy.OfficialTesting★ 182.6K
- improve-skill-qualitydotnet/skillsDiagnoses and fixes skills in the dotnet/skills repository that lose to their own baseline, fail to activate, time out, or return "no credible improvement". Use when an evaluation verdict is a regression or underpowered, when a skill regressed after a change, when /evaluate reports no results, or when deciding whether a weak skill should be strengthened or retired. Do not use for scaffolding a brand-new skill (use create-skill) or a brand-new eval (use create-skill-test).Testing★ 5.7K
- create-skillCherryHQ/cherry-studioCreate a new skill in the current repository. Use when the user wants to create/add a new skill, or mentions creating a skill from scratch. This skill follows the workflow defined in .agents/skills/README.md and helps scaffold, validate, and sync new skills.Productivity★ 52.8K
- pr-improvertrailofbits/skillsRuns an autonomous review-and-fix improvement loop over the current branch's changes until a PR review comes back clean, scoped mechanically to the directories the branch touched. Reviews are performed by an installed PR-review skill (default: pr-review-toolkit's review-pr). Use to fix review findings on a branch before opening or updating a pull request ('clean up this branch', 'fix this PR until review passes', 'run review-and-fix on my changes'). NOT for a one-time review — run the PR-review skill directly.Engineering★ 7.7K
