hive.chart-creation-foundations
From the author
Required reading whenever any chart_* tool is available. Teaches the one-tool embedding contract (call chart_render → live chart appears in chat AND a downloadable PNG lands in the queen session dir), the ECharts (data viz) vs Mermaid (structural diagrams) decision, the BI/financial-grade aesthetic baseline (no chartjunk, restrained palette, proper typography, single message per chart), and the canonical spec patterns for the 12 most-common chart types. Skipping this leads to 1990s-Excel charts, missing downloads, and the agent writing markdown image links by hand instead of letting chart_render drive the UI.

- mermaid-diagramssoftaworks/agent-toolkitComprehensive guide for creating software diagrams using Mermaid syntax. Use when users need to create, visualize, or document software through diagrams including class diagrams (domain modeling, object-oriented design), sequence diagrams (application flows, API interactions, code execution), flowcharts (processes, algorithms, user journeys), entity relationship diagrams (database schemas), C4 architecture diagrams (system context, containers, components), state diagrams, git graphs, pie charts, gantt charts, or any other diagram type. Triggers include requests to "diagram", "visualize", "model", "map out", "show the flow", or when explaining system architecture, database design, code structure, or user/application flows.Data★ 2.6K
- flowchartmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsTurn a process, workflow, or decision logic into a clean flowchart. Use when asked to diagram a process, map a workflow, visualize steps/branches, or show 'how this works' as a chart. Produces a ready-to-render Mermaid flowchart (renders live in the playground, exportable as PNG/SVG) plus a short legend and the assumptions made.Media★ 1.5K
- mermaid-diagramwanshuiyin/Auto-claude-code-research-in-sleepGenerate Mermaid diagrams from user requirements. Save .mmd and .md files to figures/ with syntax verification. Supports flowcharts, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, ER diagrams, Gantt charts, and many more diagram types.Planning★ 17.9K
- markdown-mermaid-writingK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsWrites scientific Markdown documentation and Mermaid diagrams for workflows, relationships, timelines, and schemas. Provides syntax references, document templates, accessibility guidance, and version-aware rendering checks. Use when a user requests Markdown, Mermaid, or a text-based structural diagram; quantitative scientific figures require suitable plotting tools.Writing★ 53.8K
- org-chartmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsTurn a team or reporting structure into a clean org chart. Use when asked to draw an org chart, show reporting lines, visualize team structure, or map who reports to whom. Produces a ready-to-render Mermaid org chart (renders live, exportable as PNG/SVG) plus headcount notes and any structural observations.Media★ 1.5K
- chart-choicemohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsPick the chart the data and the point actually need — the question-to-chart mapping (comparison, trend, composition, distribution, relationship), the honesty rules (axes, baselines, dual-axis traps), and the one-chart-one-point discipline. Use when asked what chart should I use, make this data visual, why does this chart feel misleading, or fix this graph for the deck. Produces the chart verdict with its reasoning, the honesty checklist applied, and the labeling that lets the chart travel without its author.Documents★ 1.5K
