- grade-iteratealirezarezvani/claude-skillsUse when a launched managed agent needs grading against a rubric and improving ('grade my agent', 'is it good enough'). Builds the outcome with outcome_builder.py, reads verdicts with verdict_reader.py and runs held-back evals from eval_scaffold.py.OtherNo warnings★ 29.2K↓ —

- minutes-cleanupsilverstein/minutesManage old recordings — find large files, archive old meetings, delete processed originals. - llm-wikialirezarezvani/claude-skillsUse when building or maintaining an Obsidian second brain that an LLM keeps up to date, or when ingesting a paper, article or book into it. Ingests with ingest_source.py, maintains index and links and checks the vault with lint_wiki.py.ScienceNo warnings★ 29.2K↓ —
- tech-debt-trackeralirezarezvani/claude-skillsFind, rank and track tech debt in a codebase. Use whenever the user asks what to refactor first, plans a cleanup sprint, modernizes legacy code or wants to know how messy the code is.PlanningNo warnings★ 29.2K↓ —
- passive-deal-screeneralirezarezvani/claude-skillsUse when a passive investor shares a private deal (syndication, preferred equity, bridge fund, private credit) to screen as an LP. Stress-tests it, computes fee drag with fee_drag_calculator.py and compares terms with benchmark_comparator.py.TestingNo warnings★ 29.2K↓ —
- agentlas-networkagentlas-ai/Agentlas-OSUse when the user types /agentlas-network, /agentlas network, $hephaestus-network, or /hep-network to staff a durable goal from registered Local, owner Cloud, and public Hub agents or teams.OtherNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- team-builder-packagingagentlas-ai/Agentlas-OSUse when generating or auditing a multi-role agent team package with orchestrator, PM Soul, Memory Curator, Policy Gate, workers, eval, QA, handoffs, and runtime adapters.TestingNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —Also in 4 other repos
- schema-markupalirezarezvani/claude-skillsUse for any JSON-LD, schema.org, rich-result or structured-data request, before writing markup. - interview-mapperalirezarezvani/claude-skillsUse when coding or making sense of one interview transcript (customer, JTBD, expert, usability, exit). Extracts verbatim-grounded nuggets with extract_nuggets.py, verifies quotes with verify_quotes.py and checks conclusions hold across reruns with consensus.py.PlanningNo warnings★ 29.2K↓ —
- migrationhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsBring an existing codebase into Dryforge, once. Reads the code, asks what code cannot show — business rules, security policy, what is intentional — and writes the project docs at the entry points agents already read. Use when the user invokes the `migration` skill on an existing project. Requires git.SecurityNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —Also in 3 other repos
- meetingsalirezarezvani/claude-skillsUse when someone wants to decide whether a meeting is worth calling, price a meeting in dollars, build a timeboxed agenda with desired outcomes, or turn messy meeting notes into owned action items — or says "should this be a meeting", "/cs-meeting-prep", or "/cs-meeting-actions". Runs a cost gate (ASYNC / NOT-READY / MEET), builds a decision-first agenda, and extracts an owner + due-date checklist that flags every orphan.ProductivityNo warnings★ 29.2K↓ —
- debug-broken-uireticlehq/reticleFind out why something in a running web app does not work, when the console is empty and the code looks correct. Reads the click, the request, the store and the console together and returns the file:line to open. Use when a button does nothing, a form will not submit, data will not load, a page renders blank or stale, a modal will not close, or the user says "it's broken" and the code review says it is fine.DesignNo warnings★ 1.3K↓ —
- quality-manager-qmralirezarezvani/claude-skillsUse for QMR duties under ISO 13485 5.5.2: management review, quality policy and objectives, quality KPIs and cost of quality. - eval-skillsdzhng/skillsEval and improve a skill against golden cases — run the target skill blind in a fresh, context-free subagent on each example input, grade the artifact against the expected outcome, and let the gaps drive the edits. Use when the user wants to test/eval/improve/harden a skill, says "this skill keeps producing X / keeps missing Y", or hands a skill plus example input→expected-output pairs. Pairs with [write-skills](../write-skills/SKILL.md) (the authoring principles every fix obeys).TestingNo warnings★ 1.4K↓ —
- marketing-contextalirezarezvani/claude-skillsUse at the start of any marketing project, or when ICP, positioning or brand voice are missing, before other marketing skills. - reviewdzhng/skillsCloseout pass on a finished substantive change — sequence refactor-clean (shape), code-review (diff), and write-docs (docs) so all three run, in the order where each feeds the next. Use after implementing a slice or feature and before calling it done or committing; when the user asks for a final review, a cleanup-and-document pass, or to "review everything." For a diff-only audit, reach code-review directly.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.4K↓ —

Runs with Figma disconnected; the plan carries every number it needs. --auto runs the whole loop without a prompt.DesignNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —
os-whats-next
kharmanskyi/open-steps
From the author
ALWAYS invoke this skill when the user asks what to do next, what is left, or what is blocked - "what's next", "what now", "what should we work on", "anything I can do" - in any language. This skill picks the next piece of work; when the user asks HOW to do a thing or says they do not understand what to do, that is os-step-by-step. Reads the last report, local changes, open pull requests and always the backlog. First finishes what is finished: verified-ready pull requests merge in the same pass. Then sorts the rest into doable-alone and needs-you, ending with one recommended next task in plain words - what it closes or unblocks. Never invents tasks.
