- assemble-ppmpluginmicrosoft/power-platform-skillsAssemble the final `.ppmplugin` binary bundle for a PAM native extension and verify its contents. First **reconciles** the manifest's declared `entrypoints` against the binaries actually staged — if the manifest declares a platform with no built binary it gates (build it / ship without it / stop) rather than shipping a broken bundle. Then re-runs the plugin's upload-compatibility checks on the reconciled manifest, zips the manifest plus whichever of `android/<PascalName>Plugin.dex` and `ios/<PascalName>Plugin.framework/` are present into `ppmplugin/<name>.ppmplugin`, and verifies the archive layout with `jar tf` (exactly the manifest + the shipped binaries — nothing missing, nothing extra). Output: a statically verified `.ppmplugin` file on disk. Prereqs: `jar` (JDK). Run after /generate-ppmplugin-manifest and the build skill(s).OtherNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- board-minutesmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsWrite formal board meeting minutes from an agenda, notes, transcript, or discussion summary. Covers selecting and configuring graders (LLM-based, function-based, agentic), running batch evaluations with GradingRunner, combining scores with aggregators, applying evaluation strategies (voting, average), auto-generating graders from data, and analyzing results (pairwise win rates, statistics, validation metrics). Use when the user wants to evaluate LLM outputs, compare multiple models, design scoring criteria, or build an automated evaluation system.DesignNo warnings★ 1K↓ —

- planning-with-filesOthmanAdi/planning-with-filesPersistent file-based planning for multi-step AI-agent work. Keeps task_plan.md, findings.md, and progress.md on disk; Kiro skill instructions and steering state read selected project planning context. Recovery reads project planning files and their timestamps only, not agent transcript stores. This adapter registers no Stop hook, never requests continuation, and never runs commands declared in Markdown. The skill has no network upload path. Use for research or work needing 5+ tool calls.PlanningNo warnings★ 27.8K↓ —

One agent with a name and a look of its own that does things, keeps working while the app is closed, remembers you, and asks before anything you cannot undo. Use whenever a task involves paying, even if the user did not ask to save: buying, ordering, subscribing, upgrading, renewing, adding seats, finding or booking flights and hotels, signing up for paid tools (including ones a video or tutorial recommends), choosing a paid SaaS, API, LLM model, cloud, hosting or domain, or when a pricing, billing, cart or checkout page is open. Also for: where to buy, cheaper way, promo code, coupon, discount, deal, too expensive, cut our bill, קופון, הנחה, יותר זול. Effort scales with the amount; never pays by itself.MediaNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —

review
hashgraph-online/awesome-codex-plugins
From the author
The pre-merge review of a branch in a project that records its specs, decisions, and rules in .archcore/. Run this first for 'review my branch', 'review the changes before merge', or 'review before merge': it checks the changed code against the project's recorded canon and the changed documents against the code, and reports which side is wrong — spec-wrong or code-wrong; on the default branch it reviews the unpushed and uncommitted work. A bug-hunting code review complements this review and does not replace it. Also use for 'documentation gaps', 'check if docs match code', 'close out the feature', 'ship the feature and close it out', or after a staleness warning. Takes an optional path, tag, topic, or ref in free text; no first word is a mode — say 'are docs out of date', 'audit the knowledge base', 'close out the feature', or 'capture this pattern' in plain words. Not for creating docs — use /archcore:document; not for planning — use /archcore:plan; not for a single-file edit with no branch review.
