- seo-site-health-auditrampstackco/claude-skillsTriage technical SEO findings from Ahrefs Site Audit (and similar crawlers) by SEO impact, not just severity. Use this skill when reviewing crawl results, prioritizing technical fixes, scoping a technical SEO sprint, or after running any site-wide crawl. Triggers on site audit results, technical fix list, crawl errors, technical SEO triage, prioritize technical issues, what should we fix first, broken links, redirect chains. - sprint-operationsrampstackco/claude-skillsRun the measurement and ceremony layer of a delivery team: the metric set, estimation and capacity, the five sprint ceremonies, and the sprint report and quarterly rollup. Use this skill whenever the user is acting as PMO or scrum lead, planning a sprint, running standup, refinement, review, or retro, measuring velocity, cycle time, or throughput, checking capacity, or reporting on how a team is doing. Triggers on PMO, sprint planning, plan the sprint, standup, refinement, backlog grooming, sprint review, retro, velocity, capacity, cycle time, lead time, throughput, WIP, burndown, carryover, sprint report, story points to hours, how is the team doing, delivery metrics, agent lanes. - minutes-copilotsilverstein/minutesStart and control Minutes Coach, the separate real-time copilot HUD, with an explicit meeting goal. Use only for explicit Coach or HUD lifecycle requests such as "start Minutes Coach", "open the Coach HUD", "pause Minutes Coach", "resume Minutes Coach", "Minutes Coach status", or "stop Minutes Coach". Do not use for requests that explicitly ask the current terminal agent to watch or strategize; those belong to minutes-live-sidekick. An ambiguous request such as "coach me live" requires one short surface clarification and must not automatically start Coach.OtherNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —Also in 1 other repo

Use when the user says "set up minutes", "install minutes", "first time setup", "configure minutes", "get started with minutes", "how do I start using minutes", or when verify shows missing components.MediaNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- isca-experimentsbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when designing or auditing the evaluation of an ISCA paper — pinning simulator fidelity to the claims it must carry, documenting gem5-class configurations and sampling choices, selecting workload suites that represent the claim's domain, tuning baselines in good faith, and separating architectural effect from modeling artifact.ScienceNo warnings★ 1.4K↓ —

Triggers on landing page, sales page, hero copy, value proposition, headline, subheadline, hero section, CTA copy, conversion copy, opt-in page, squeeze page. Also triggers when the user has a marketing campaign or product launch needing dedicated conversion copy. Use `cro-optimization` instead when the page already exists and the ask is to lift its conversion rate through testing rather than to write the copy.DesignNo warnings★ 1K↓ —
- hf-cloud-sagemaker-production-defaultshuggingface/skillsCreate a SageMaker endpoint (real-time, real-time scale-to-zero, or async) with autoscaling, CloudWatch alarms, and tagging enabled by default. Use this skill whenever about to create a SageMaker endpoint, write deployment code that calls `create_endpoint`, or finalize a deployment after the image URI and IAM role are known. Provides deploy.py for real-time endpoints, deploy_ic.py for real-time endpoints that scale to zero instances via inference components, and deploy_async.py for async endpoints (also scale-to-zero). This is the last step in the SageMaker deployment workflow. Never generate a bare `create_endpoint` call without these defaults — endpoints without autoscaling or alarms are demos, not deployments.OfficialDevOpsNo warnings★ 11.3K↓ —
- plain-writingNewhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsMakes every report a Mobbin skill writes read like a person wrote it, in plain interface terms. Use only when a Mobbin skill writes prose for the user or asks for this skill by name; not for writing outside Mobbin skills. Removes the tells of AI-generated writing (em dashes, puffery, design buzzwords, rule-of-three, sign-offs) without changing a fact or adding one.WritingNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —

Use when the user asks "what meetings did I have", "show my recent recordings", "any meetings today", "list my voice memos", or wants an overview of their meeting history. Also use when they need to find a specific meeting by browsing rather than searching.PlanningNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- minutes-x1-closeoutsilverstein/minutesPrepare a sourced Minutes meeting outcome for human-governed closeout of existing X1 work. Use when the user wants a meeting decision or commitment to close, defer, escalate, or retire a specific X1 coordination thread. - md-reviewalirezarezvani/claude-skillsUse when converting a markdown code review with diff blocks and severity callouts into a two-column HTML review. Parses diffs with diff_parser.py and annotations with annotation_extractor.py; requires a named reviewer.EngineeringNo warnings★ 29.3K↓ —
- hf-cloud-sagemaker-iam-preflighthuggingface/skillsEnsure a usable SageMaker execution role exists before deploying or training. Use this skill whenever about to create a SageMaker endpoint, model, training job, or any resource that requires an execution role. Use it especially when the user has not provided a role ARN explicitly, when scripts are about to call `iam:CreateRole`, or when an AccessDenied error mentions an IAM action. Never blindly call `iam:CreateRole` — always check for existing roles first. This skill prevents the most common SageMaker deployment failure: trying to create IAM resources from an SSO principal that has no IAM write permissions.OfficialDevOpsNo warnings★ 11.3K↓ —
- roadmap-planningrampstackco/claude-skillsBuild a multi-quarter roadmap from a backlog of ideas, requests, and ongoing initiatives. Use this skill when planning the next quarter, sequencing dependent work, balancing build vs improve vs maintain, or making the case for what NOT to do. Triggers on roadmap, quarterly planning, what should we build next, sequencing, prioritization, OKR planning, capacity planning, what's on the roadmap, plan the year, what to ship next quarter. Also triggers when stakeholders are pulling in different directions and the team needs a defensible plan.PlanningNo warnings★ 1K↓ —

os-ask-simple
kharmanskyi/open-steps
From the author
ALWAYS invoke this skill before asking the user any technical question or offering options, and whenever they ask to be asked in plain words - "ask simple", "ask me simply", "ask me in plain words" - in any language. ALWAYS invoke it too when the user asks for your view on a technical choice: whether it is worth doing, more than the problem needs, or replaceable by something simpler, and which option you would take. Invoke it even when the code makes the answer look obvious: the checks are what make the answer more than a guess. Rewrites the question in plain words and always ends with one marked recommendation. A structural choice first passes six checks, shown as a table: effort now, simpler substitute, extra work later, lock-in, over-engineering, easy to undo. Doing nothing is always weighed.
