- planning-with-filesOthmanAdi/planning-with-filesPersistent file-based planning for multi-step AI-agent work. Keeps task_plan.md, findings.md, and progress.md on disk; agent instructions read selected project planning context when invoked. Automatic recovery reads project planning files only. Explicit session-catchup.py --metadata reads same-project local agent session records and emits aggregate counts only; --replay may emit bounded nonce-framed excerpts. This adapter registers no lifecycle or Stop hook, never requests continuation, and never runs commands declared in Markdown. The skill has no network upload path. Use for research or work needing 5+ tool calls.PlanningNo warnings★ 27.9K↓ —
- designhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsUse for UI, UX, visual hierarchy, frontend-design judgment, references, redesigns, and design critique when the user's Emulo taste should guide the task. - cold-start-strategykostja94/marketing-skillsWhen the user wants to plan cold start, get first users, or launch a new product with zero traction. Also use when the user mentions "cold start," "cold start problem," "first users," "seed users," "finding users," "finding early users," "Fiverr Upwork," "comment outreach," "Twitter search users," "product launch strategy," "0 to 1 growth," "early-stage acquisition," "launch channels," "get first customers," "Product Hunt launch," "AppSumo," "LTD," "indie hacker," "bootstrapping," or "solo founder." For directory listing copy and submissions, use directory-submission. For Product Hunt day-of execution, use product-hunt-launch. For GTM motion design, use gtm-strategy.DesignNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- make-static-ads-render-reviewgooseworks-ai/goose-skillsStep of make-static-ads: a fresh judge checks every render against its concept-board row and the official product photos, one retry inside the marketer's approval, then the claims and set checks; records each verdict in tags and the batch file. Run make-static-ads instead; not for direct use.MediaNo warnings★ 1.3K↓ —

- reading-livekit-docsfcakyon/claude-codex-settingsLooks up current LiveKit facts (API signatures, CLI flags, config options, model and provider support, SDK changelogs, pricing) from the docs instead of answering from memory. Use whenever a question touches LiveKit specifics: "does LiveKit support X", "what changed in agents 1.8", "what are the arguments to Y", "how much does LiveKit cost", "find an example of Z in the LiveKit repos", or before writing any LiveKit code. Other LiveKit skills load this one first. Covers the LiveKit Docs MCP server and the `lk docs` CLI.WritingNo warnings★ 1.2K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- run-organic-social-platform-researchgooseworks-ai/goose-skillsResearches how one social platform works right now from dated sources (what gets reach, formats rising and fading, how small accounts get seen, recent changes) and finds what is getting watched in a given niche there, with linked examples and engagement read against each author's baseline. Use alone when you already have the platform and niche; otherwise run run-organic-social.ScienceNo warnings★ 1.3K↓ —

- planning-with-filesOthmanAdi/planning-with-filesPersistent file-based planning for multi-step AI-agent work. Keeps task_plan.md, findings.md, and progress.md on disk; lifecycle hooks inject selected project planning context. Automatic recovery reads project planning files only. Explicit session-catchup.py --metadata reads same-project local agent session records and emits aggregate counts only; --replay may emit bounded nonce-framed excerpts. Optional gated mode can request continuation only when the host supports it and never runs commands declared in Markdown. The skill has no network upload path. Use for research or work needing 5+ tool calls.PlanningNo warnings★ 27.9K↓ —
- videohashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsUse when a brief has to become a film. Turns a one line ask into a Claude Design prompt written in the animations-v3 engine's own language, plus the built piece.jsx and a contact sheet to look at before anyone renders. Covers reference roles, the kit, the storyboard gate, the motion floor, and the verification commands. Do not use for backend work, UI design, or marketing copy alone.MediaNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —
- minutes-video-reviewsilverstein/minutesAnalyze a product walkthrough, bug report video, Loom, or ScreenPal using Minutes transcription plus visual review. Use when the user wants a recorded demo or bug clip turned into a durable brief with transcript, key frames, issues, and next steps.MediaNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- git-workflowsTencentCloudBase/CloudBase-AI-ToolkitReusable git delivery workflows derived from local slash commands (commit, push, PR, release notes, GitHub Actions failure triage with worktree-based fixes, and isolating your own changes from a shared dirty workspace).EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.2K↓ —
- research-competitors-category-passgooseworks-ai/goose-skillsStep of the research-competitors playbook: the worker brief covering the whole category, including searches, AI answers, community threads and category ad winners. - write-outreachgooseworks-ai/goose-skillsCold outreach a person sends to business buyers: email and LinkedIn sequences, a first line per prospect, reply and objection answers, and a read of replies. Use when the marketer says "write a cold email sequence", "what do I send to this list", "write LinkedIn messages for these leads", "how do I reply to this prospect" or "handle this objection", "reply to this demo request", "win back or reconnect with accounts that churned or went quiet", or "why is nobody replying to my outreach". Drafts only; the marketer sends from their own tool. Not for finding the people — use research-audience; not for emails to subscribers or users, or consumer win-back — use email-lifecycle.WritingNo warnings★ 1.3K↓ —

talking-head-guide
ChatCut-Inc/agent-plugin
From the author
Guide for editing speech-led videos where spoken delivery or conversation drives the cut — single-speaker talking-head / 口播, two- or multi-speaker interview / 访谈, video podcast, lecture, tutorial, course, and similar formats. Load before analyzing, planning, or performing non-trivial edits of those formats, including speech cleanup (剪口播 / 口播剪辑 / 去口癖 / clean up fillers / smooth speech), pause or repeated-take removal, motion graphics layered onto the footage (口播加 MG / 加动画), B-roll (加 B-roll / add B-roll), music, or captions. For motion graphics specifically, use this together with the active Motion Graphics skill/workflow available in the current ChatCut environment — this skill adds speech-specific guidance (rhythm-aware timing, frame-aware placement, subject/caption protection, placement verification).
