- planhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsPlan a feature or initiative through a computed route: the conductor derives the canon delta and assembles the document package — from a zero-document null route for small fixes to an umbrella PRD with one spec per capability for large initiatives. Modes, named as the first word: sdd (full package), sources (MRD → BRD → URD) for market research, customer discovery, and business or user requirements, iso (BRS → StRS → SyRS → SRS) for ISO 29148 and regulated work, research for a technical investigation — never market research — that the research instrument closes either by scope coverage (a research document) or by a recommendation (an rnd). Explicit form: plan research <topic>. Use for 'plan the X redesign', 'create a roadmap', 'plan a new feature', 'I need market research before we plan', 'we're regulated — start the ISO requirements cascade', 'investigate X before we plan', 'compare the alternatives for Y' — a new investigation, not a finished report already in hand. - preview-offline-scopemicrosoft/power-platform-skillsUse when the user wants to estimate the download size + sync frequency cost of an offline profile BEFORE pushing to users. Read-only. Wraps verify-offline-profile.js with per-table row-count estimates.OtherNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- recallNewhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsRebuild where recent work stands from the agent's past chat transcripts and the team's shared record (PRs, tickets, chat, errors), and return a short status brief ending in the next step. Use for "what was I doing on X", "catch me up on my work", "where did I leave off".OtherNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —

- route-environmentsmicrosoft/power-platform-skillsCheck Power Platform environment routing status and understand default environment resolution. Use when the user asks about environment routing, developer environments, or new maker landing. Routing is configured in the admin center, not here. NOT for listing flows or managing connections.OtherNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- add-pen-inputmicrosoft/power-platform-skillsInternal implementation skill invoked by /add-native for pen, signature, ink, drawing, and handwriting capture workflows using @microsoft/power-apps-native-pen-input.OtherNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- minutes-x1-closeoutsilverstein/minutesPrepare a sourced Minutes meeting outcome for human-governed closeout of existing X1 work. Use when the user wants a meeting decision or commitment to close, defer, escalate, or retire a specific X1 coordination thread. Never use it to infer settlement, move money, contact anyone, or close X1 work automatically.PlanningNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- research-marketgooseworks-ai/goose-skillsMarket research and brand watch: which market the brand is in, how big the reachable part is, what's changing, how buyers buy and what they pay, what people are saying now, and what it means for positioning. Use when the marketer asks for market research, "how big is my market", "what's changing in my category", "what do others charge", "what are people saying about us", "is there demand for <idea>", or "watch my brand / tell me if something blows up" (alerts only, risk first). Also writes positioning choices and finished messages ("position my product", "write our positioning"). Researches first, asks only decisions at the end, and saves the output to the brand. Not for who the buyers are and their own words — use research-audience; not for a deep look at rivals — use research-competitors.ScienceNo warnings★ 1.3K↓ —

- planning-with-filesOthmanAdi/planning-with-filesPersistent file-based planning for multi-step AI-agent work. Keeps task_plan.md, findings.md, and progress.md on disk; lifecycle hooks inject selected project planning context. Automatic recovery reads project planning files only. Explicit session-catchup.py --metadata reads same-project local agent session records and emits aggregate counts only; --replay may emit bounded nonce-framed excerpts. Optional gated mode can request continuation only when the host supports it and never runs commands declared in Markdown. The skill has no network upload path. Use for research or work needing 5+ tool calls.PlanningNo warnings★ 27.8K↓ —
- generate-codeful-mcp-toolmicrosoft/power-platform-skillsGenerate a self-contained JavaScript server runtime and registration metadata for an MCP codeful tool. Use when the user asks to create a codeful MCP tool, generate server logic for an MCP tool, write a runTool function, build a Dataverse-backed MCP tool, or pair MCP server logic with an MCP App widget.WritingNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- telemetrymicrosoft/power-platform-skillsUse this skill when the user wants to enable, disable, turn on or off, opt out of, opt in to, or check the status of mobile-app usage data. Triggers: "disable telemetry", "turn off telemetry", "opt out of telemetry", "stop collecting usage data", "enable telemetry", "telemetry status".OtherNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- report-issuemicrosoft/power-platform-skillsUse this skill when the user wants to "report a bug", "file an issue", "report an issue", "submit a bug report", or report any problem with the code-apps plugin to the GitHub repository.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —

- research-market-edge-casesgooseworks-ai/goose-skillsStep of the research-market playbook: rules for run edge cases such as no browser, stalled workers, earlier reports and late reads. Run research-market instead; not for direct use.ScienceNo warnings★ 1.3K↓ —
- hook-failure-audithoangsonww/Claude-Code-Agent-MonitorAudit hook delivery health from Agent Monitor data — balance PreToolUse vs PostToolUse (a gap means tools that started but never reported back), detect missing Stop/SubagentStop terminators (sessions/subagents that never closed), and check for stale ingestion (no recent events). Use when hooks look unreliable or events seem to be dropping.OtherNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- sprint-summaryhoangsonww/Claude-Code-Agent-MonitorSummarize a sprint's worth of Claude Code activity — sessions grouped by project (cwd), per-model cost breakdown, token efficiency (cache hit rate, compaction baselines), subagent effectiveness from workflow API, velocity metrics (turn_count, turn_duration_ms), and tool diversity across the sprint.ProductivityNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- live-watchhoangsonww/Claude-Code-Agent-MonitorPolls the Agent Monitor /api/stats endpoint several times over a short window and reports the live deltas in active_sessions, active_agents, events_today, and ws_connections so you can see activity moving in real time. Use when watching the dashboard for live changes rather than a one-time snapshot.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- debug-live-issuehoangsonww/Claude-Code-Agent-MonitorDebug production-like issues in this repository with disciplined evidence gathering. Use when fixing failing workflows, regressions, flaky behavior, or data inconsistencies across hooks, API, DB, websocket, and UI.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- run-historyhoangsonww/Claude-Code-Agent-MonitorInspect CCAM dashboard-run history and relate live run handles to persisted Claude Code or Codex sessions. Use when finding a prior launched task, checking whether a run is still attached, reviewing start/end status, or deciding whether to resume, view, or relaunch work.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- slo-checkhoangsonww/Claude-Code-Agent-MonitorDefine and check simple service-level objectives for Claude Code from Agent Monitor data — session completion rate, tool success rate (PostToolUse/PreToolUse), and error rate (APIError/total) — then compare each to its target and report the error budget remaining. Use when reporting reliability or when someone asks "are we meeting our SLOs?".EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
- concurrency-reporthoangsonww/Claude-Code-Agent-MonitorReport concurrency and parallelism for a session — how many agents ran in parallel, concurrency-lane utilization, peak parallel width, and serialization bottlenecks (sequential chains that could have run as parallel lanes) — using the Agent Monitor workflow intelligence API. Use when checking whether a multi-agent session used parallelism efficiently.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.1K↓ —
brooks-sweep
hyhmrright/brooks-lint
From the author
Full-sweep mode: runs a unified analysis across all quality dimensions — code decay, architecture, tech debt, and test quality — then applies fixes directly to the codebase. Safe changes are auto-applied; risky changes are confirmed before execution. Drawing on twelve classic engineering books. Triggers when: user wants to "fix everything", "sweep the codebase", "auto-fix all issues", "clean up the whole project", or asks for a single command that both diagnoses and remediates quality problems. Do NOT trigger for: read-only audits or health reports where the user only wants findings without code changes; single-dimension reviews (use the focused skill instead: brooks-review / brooks-audit / brooks-debt / brooks-test); server health checks, HTTP /health endpoints, Kubernetes probes, database health, or application uptime.
