- skill-creation-walkthroughrampstackco/claude-skillsStep-by-step guide for creating your own Claude Skills, from deciding whether a skill is the right tool to writing the SKILL.md file, structuring reference material, and making it trigger reliably. Use when you want to package a workflow, framework, or repeated task into a reusable Skill, when an existing skill is not triggering or not loading the right context, when you are auditing a skill that is underperforming, or when you want to publish a skill for others. Also triggers when someone asks "how do I make a skill" or "what makes a good skill". Useful for individuals, teams, and anyone publishing skills publicly.WritingNo warnings★ 1K↓ —

- editorial-illustrationshuytieu/COG-second-brainGenerate meaning-carrying editorial data-illustrations in the monotykamary / Linear aesthetic (near-black grayscale, Inter display + mono labels, hairline framed figures) with a single coral accent. This is a GENERATIVE GUIDE, not a template gallery: it teaches the "claim -> geometry" method so any session can invent the RIGHT figure for what a post actually argues, then render it as a self-contained, theme-aware, reduced-motion-safe HTML/SVG figure. Use when writing/illustrating a blog post, essay, spec, or slide and you want a chart, diagram, or illustration that carries a thesis (not decoration) in the house style. Triggers: "make a chart/diagram/illustration for this", "visualize this argument", "monotykamary/Linear style figure", "editorial graphic".MediaNo warnings★ 1.3K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- product-ui-tastehuytieu/COG-second-brainAnti-slop skill for PRODUCT UI - dashboards, data tables, forms, multi-step flows, settings, list/detail, app shells. The agent reads the surface, budgets the frame first, and ships dense interfaces that are correct at every edge case (overflow, long labels, empty/error/loading states, i18n expansion, keyboard/a11y). House-system-first; maps to Carbon/Polaris/Atlaskit/Fluent/Primer/Material3/Radix-shadcn/Ant. - skill-fusionmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsFuse two skills from this library into one hybrid brief for a task that sits between them — the meta-skill. Use when a task straddles two skills (a PRD that's also a pitch; a postmortem that must double as a board update) and running them separately would produce two documents where one is needed. Produces the fused operating brief: combined structure, merged quality bar, precedence rules for where the parents disagree, and the fused output itself if input was provided.PlanningNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —
- delegate-to-aimohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsDecide what in your workload to hand to AI and what to keep yourself — like managing a fast, capable, but unreliable new hire — so you get leverage without offloading the things that need you. Use when asked what should I delegate to AI, what can AI take off my plate, where should I use AI in my work, or what should I keep doing myself. Produces a sort of your tasks into delegate-fully / delegate-with-review / keep-human, the reasoning behind each line, how to brief the AI on the delegated ones, and where your judgment is the actual value — a delegation map that frees your time without giving away your edge.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —

Triggers on email sequence, drip campaign, onboarding email, lifecycle email, welcome email, transactional email, newsletter, email broadcast, launch email, announcement email, nurture sequence, abandoned cart, re-engagement, win-back. - cn-prd-reviewmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsPrepare for and run a product requirements review (需求评审 / PRD 评审会) the way Chinese internet teams do it: a pre-read the engineers, testers and designers can challenge, the questions each role will ask, the meeting run sheet and a written conclusion (通过 / 有条件通过 / 不通过). Use when asked 帮我准备需求评审, PRD 评审会怎么开, 评审前检查一下我的 PRD, 研发会问什么问题, or prepare my requirements review in Chinese. Produces a readiness check of the PRD, a role-by-role question bank with answer points, a 60-minute run sheet, and the review minutes template with the conclusion and follow-ups.PlanningNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —

Also trigger for questions like "how do I become ISO 42001 certified?", "what controls does ISO 42001 require?", "how do I assess AI risk under 42001?", "what is an AIMS?", or any request involving organisational governance of AI systems, responsible AI frameworks, or AI regulatory compliance aligned to an ISO standard.LegalNo warnings★ 1K↓ —

- my-energy-mapmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsMap your real energy through the day and week, then match your tasks to it — hard things when you're sharp, easy things when you're not. Use when asked when should I do my hard work, map my energy, why am I so unproductive at certain times, or schedule around my focus. Produces a picture of your energy peaks, troughs, and patterns from your own observations, a task-to-energy matching plan (deep work at peaks, admin at troughs), the traps you're currently falling into, and a realistic daily shape — because fighting your natural rhythm wastes your best hours on your worst tasks.PlanningNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —

- lead-magnet-designrampstackco/claude-skillsDesigning lead magnets that earn the email. The discipline of building gated content (ebooks, templates, checklists, swipe files, mini-courses, free tools) that delivers genuine standalone value while qualifying the lead and warming them for what comes next. Triggers on lead magnet, gated content, opt-in offer, ebook, checklist, template, swipe file, mini-course, free tool, content upgrade, freebie, opt-in, list-building offer. Also triggers when an audience is being asked for an email and the offer attached to that ask needs design discipline, when previous lead magnets converted but did not produce qualified leads, or when a lead magnet is being scoped for the first time.DesignNo warnings★ 1K↓ —

fixing-flaky-tests
amplifthq/openmeld
From the author
Guides an agent through reproducing, root-causing, fixing, and validating flaky tests in the PostHog monorepo. Use when a test fails intermittently in CI but passes on rerun or locally, when `hogli ci:insights` or the debugging-ci-failures skill classifies a failure as a flaky test, when given a GitHub Actions URL for a flaky job, when asked to check Trunk Flaky Tests for a test, PR, or master, or when asked to deflake, stabilize, or fix a flaky Jest, pytest, or Playwright test. Core discipline: reproduce locally before changing anything, fix the root cause (never mask it with sleeps, retries, or bigger timeouts), and prove the fix with an N-run validation loop sized to the observed failure rate. Stabilizing is not the only valid outcome — the skill also gates whether the test should exist, so deleting a test that catches nothing real, or re-leveling one that flakes because of the level it runs at, are first-class endings.
