- proofreadpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowRead-only proofreading pass over lecture `.tex` or `.qmd` files. Checks grammar, typos, overflow, terminology consistency, and academic writing quality; produces a report without editing. Use when user says "proofread", "check for typos", "look for grammar issues", "copy-edit this", "any writing errors?", or before a lecture release.WritingNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- flowkitK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsAnalyzes flow cytometry data with FlowKit, including spillover compensation, logicle and biexponential transforms, hierarchical gating, GatingML strategies, and supported FlowJo 10 workspaces. Use for reproducible gate counts, population percentages, gated fluorescence summaries, or reproducing a FlowJo analysis in Python. For FCS metadata inspection or file-format repair alone, use FlowIO.EngineeringNo warnings★ 55.8K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- interview-mepedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowInteractive interview that formalizes a fuzzy research idea into a structured spec (RQ, hypotheses, identification, data needs, empirical strategy). Use when user says "interview me", "help me think through this idea", "I have a half-baked idea", "formalize this into a project", "walk me through framing a study". Multi-turn Q&A; saves spec to disk. NOT for lit review (`/lit-review`) or ideation from scratch (`/research-ideation`).PlanningNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- research-lookupK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsCompiles current scholarly evidence for a scientific manuscript or research brief when the user explicitly asks to gather literature, references, background evidence, competing findings, or a manuscript research packet. Uses Parallel Search by default, Parallel Extract for source retrieval, Parallel Research for explicitly deep/exhaustive work, optional explicit Parallel Chat, and optional Perplexity only when requested or allowed as a failure fallback.ScienceNo warnings★ 55.8K↓ —
- write-a-postmorteminkeep/open-knowledgeWrite a blameless incident postmortem under postmortems/ following the Google SRE shape — evidence-based timeline, trigger vs root cause vs symptom, contributing factors, what went well, and owned+dated+verifiable action items. Read when asked to write a postmortem, do an incident review, run a root cause analysis, write up the outage, retro on the outage, or when the user says we had an incident and wants it documented. Do NOT read to frame a proposal (use frame-a-proposal), write a spec (use write-a-spec), record a decision (use record-a-decision), or review a design (use review-a-design) — a postmortem documents an incident that already happened, it does not propose, specify, decide, or critique future work.WritingNo warnings★ 4.8K↓ —

- pathogen-variant-surveillanceK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsQueries public GenSpectrum LAPIS data for pathogen genomic surveillance, current lineage nomenclature, weekly sequence proportions, reporting delays, and descriptive mutation frequencies. Use for variant surveillance, Pango lineage validation, dominant submitted lineages, Nextclade assignment provenance, SARS-CoV-2, influenza/H5N1 clades, RSV, mpox, measles, dengue, or LAPIS queries. Distinguishes sequence prevalence from infection prevalence, clades from genotypes, missing calls from reference matches, and sampling changes from biological growth advantage.ScienceNo warnings★ 55.8K↓ —
- scientific-schematicsK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsGenerates scientific diagram drafts using Nano Banana 2 AI with smart iterative refinement. Uses Gemini 3.7 Flash for quality review. Refines when the review requests improvement, with at most two generations. Specialized in neural network architectures, system diagrams, flowcharts, biological pathways, and complex scientific visualizations.ScienceNo warnings★ 55.8K↓ —
- analytical-method-validationK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsPlans, executes, and documents validation, verification, and transfer of analytical procedures under the governing framework - ICH Q2(R2) and Q14, USP <1220>/<1225>/<1226>, ICH M10 bioanalytical, CLSI EP, or ISO/IEC 17025. - virtualization-operationscbrock84/headcountRuns the hypervisor layer beneath the servers — host capacity and consolidation ratios, VM sprawl, snapshot discipline, resilience and live migration, and licensing that counts cores rather than instances. Use this to size or expand a cluster, work out why VMs are slow when the hosts look idle, clean up sprawl, set snapshot and template policy, or decide what stays virtualized and what moves to cloud.OtherNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

From the author
Verify statistics and claims in blog posts by fetching cited source URLs and checking if the claimed data actually appears on the page. Extracts all load-bearing claims (statistics, product or policy claims, ranking and comparative claims, named sources), validates cited URLs before fetching, and scores match confidence (exact match 1.0, paraphrase 0.7-0.9, not found 0.0). Flags uncited claims as UNVERIFIED and marks a claim verified only when this run fetched the source and found the passage. Checks that a source says what the post says it says; it cannot prove the source is true or verify first-hand experience. Use when the user says "fact check", "verify statistics", "check sources", "factcheck". Report only; not for rewriting posts (blog-rewrite).
