- hri-submissionbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when auditing an ACM/IEEE HRI full-paper submission for PCS readiness — the mandatory abstract-then-paper two-step deadline, choosing the correct one of the five tracks, the 8-page acmart anonymous format, the double-blind sweep across PDF and video, the human-participants ethics acknowledgment, and desk-reject triage before the AoE cutoff.DocumentsNo warnings★ 1.4K↓ —
- varg-tryon-videohashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsTurns a flat-lay or product photo of clothing into a try-on video on varg: clean the garment photo, dress a model photo in it with Bria Virtual Try-On (or a Nano Banana / GPT Image edit for harder garments), keep the same model across shots, then animate fit-check motions that sell clothes (slow turn, tug and let fall, walk to camera, mirror selfie, fabric close-up) on Kling 4 or Seedance 2.5 with the garment kept intact, and add size captions so the fit is honest. Use when a fashion or apparel seller (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, dropshipping) asks for a try-on video, "my clothes on a model", an AI model wearing their product, a fit-check or outfit video, a try-on haul, or virtual try-on from flat-lays. Not for accessories that need no body (use product-photo-to-video) or for consistent characters across a story (varg-character-design).MediaNo warnings★ 1.5K↓ —

- inithashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsFirst-time Archcore setup. Wires the host (MCP config, hooks, CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md managed block), measures the authored context the repo already holds, then composes a first-day seed — stack rule, run guide, data-model, integrations, config, entry points, public surface, a linked architecture overview, and specs for the top hotspot modules — shown in ONE preview and created on a single confirm. Modes, named as the first word: init import converts the repo's authored context — CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, .cursor/rules and other agent instructions, ADR and RFC folders, contributor docs, internal pages of a published docs site, recoverable git history — into native typed documents with no import marks, staged by a plan when the volume is large; init refresh adds facts that appeared since, or drills into one domain with init refresh <domain>. Use on a fresh clone, empty `.archcore/`, 'set up archcore', 'migrate our CLAUDE.md to archcore', 'import our docs and ADRs', or to wire host configs. - meetingsalirezarezvani/claude-skillsUse when someone wants to decide whether a meeting is worth calling, price a meeting in dollars, build a timeboxed agenda with desired outcomes, or turn messy meeting notes into owned action items — or says "should this be a meeting", "/cs-meeting-prep", or "/cs-meeting-actions". Runs a cost gate (ASYNC / NOT-READY / MEET), builds a decision-first agenda, and extracts an owner + due-date checklist that flags every orphan.ProductivityNo warnings★ 29.3K↓ —

- talking-head-guideChatCut-Inc/agent-pluginGuide for editing speech-led videos where spoken delivery or conversation drives the cut — single-speaker talking-head / 口播, two- or multi-speaker interview / 访谈, video podcast, lecture, tutorial, course, and similar formats. Load before analyzing, planning, or performing non-trivial edits of those formats, including speech cleanup (剪口播 / 口播剪辑 / 去口癖 / clean up fillers / smooth speech), pause or repeated-take removal, motion graphics layered onto the footage (口播加 MG / 加动画), B-roll (加 B-roll / add B-roll), music, or captions. For motion graphics specifically, use this together with the active Motion Graphics skill/workflow available in the current ChatCut environment — this skill adds speech-specific guidance (rhythm-aware timing, frame-aware placement, subject/caption protection, placement verification).MediaNo warnings★ 1K↓ —

test-native-extension
microsoft/power-platform-skills
From the author
Validate a third-party control repo across four automated layers plus one printed manual recipe. Layer 1 asserts native-source structure (Android getName() and iOS +moduleName to manifest nativeModule; @ReactMethod / RCT_EXPORT_METHOD to methods; no @ReactModule) plus load/init readiness (ReactPackage public no-arg constructor, iOS [cls new] no-arg init, requiresMainQueueSetup NO, non-throwing eager construction), so launch-time crashes surface before any build. Layer 2 validates the committed `./manifest.json` against the ppmplugin-format rules. Layer 3 asserts request/response/error-code agreement across native and PCF. Layer 4 compiles the PCF (auto-skipped if absent). Layer 5 prints a device end-to-end recipe. Native compile belongs to /build-android-binary and /build-ios-binary — this is the cheap structural pre-flight before those slow builds. Reports pass/fail per layer with a fix hint and updates .extension-state.md.
