- spark-training-gotchaswshobson/agentsPreflight and diagnose the ten known failure modes for ML training on NVIDIA DGX Spark. Use when a training run on DGX Spark fails to start, OOMs below the 128GB limit, slows down mid-run, or before any multi-hour training job on GB10.OtherNo warnings★ 42.2K↓ —

Use when the user says "/fable-method", "use the fable method", or "approach this like Fable", or proactively when starting any multi-step task that no task-specific skill covers. Subcommands - plan (stop after the plan), audit (grade finished work against the loop), report (rewrite an answer outcome-first).PlanningNo warnings★ 2.3K↓ —
- agp-9-upgradeandroid/skillsUpgrades, or migrates, an Android project to use Android Gradle Plugin (AGP) version 9. Do not use this skill for migrating Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) projects.OfficialOtherNo warnings★ 10.4K↓ —
- appfunctionsandroid/skillsAnalyzes Android apps to find user workflows to expose as AppFunctions, such as creating a note, playing media, or sending a message. AI agents, voice commands, and system shortcuts then run them without opening the app UI. Generates Kotlin code with the androidx.appfunctions library, and refines KDoc and the app description so that agents choose and call functions correctly. Use this skill when discovering, implementing, documenting, testing, or upgrading AppFunctions in an Android app, including @AppFunctionDeclaration, @AppFunctionSerializable, @AppFunctionServiceEntryPoint, AppFunctionService, app_metadata.xml, appfn:instructions, adb shell cmd app_function, and legacy @AppFunction or AppFunctionConfiguration.Provider code. Don't use for building agents that call AppFunctions or for remote MCP servers.OfficialTestingNo warnings★ 10.4K↓ —
- software-lifecycleinkeep/open-knowledgeHow to work in a Software Lifecycle project (the `software-lifecycle` starter pack): proposals → decisions → specs → postmortems, plus guides. Read when the project has these folders, or when asked how this project is organized. Carries the doc lifecycle, status flows, and per-folder agent behaviors so that guidance does not live inside template bodies or folder descriptions. The five workflows — frame a proposal, write a spec, record a decision, write a postmortem, review a design — each ship as their own sibling skill in this pack. Complements the platform `open-knowledge` skill; does not replace it.DesignNo warnings★ 4.8K↓ —
- writing-workflowinkeep/open-knowledgeHow to work in a Writing Pipeline project (the `writing-pipeline` starter pack): a three-stage drafting flow, ideas → drafts → published. Read when the project has these folders, OR when asked to capture an idea, start or revise a draft, review a piece before it ships, or publish it. Carries the stage flow and review behaviors so that guidance does not live inside template bodies or folder descriptions. Complements the platform `open-knowledge` skill; does not replace it.WritingNo warnings★ 4.8K↓ —

Use for 审稿意见回复、逐点回复、返修信、 rebuttals and edits to existing response drafts. - blog-clusterAgriciDaniel/claude-blogSemantic topic cluster planning and automated execution engine for claude-blog. Performs SERP-based keyword research, groups keywords by search intent and SERP overlap, builds a hub-and-spoke cluster architecture, generates an interactive SVG cluster map, and executes the full cluster by orchestrating blog-write calls with shared cluster context and automatic internal-link injection. Fills the strategy-to-execution gap: blog-strategy plans the blueprint, blog-cluster builds the house. Use when user says "blog cluster", "topic cluster", "content cluster", "cluster plan", "cluster execute", "cluster map".WritingNo warnings★ 2.7K↓ —

- good-strategy-bad-strategywondelai/skillsFormulate and audit real strategy using Richard Rumelt's "Good Strategy Bad Strategy": an honest diagnosis, a guiding policy, and coherent action instead of goals, vision, and wishful thinking. Use when the user mentions "good strategy bad strategy", "strategy kernel", "diagnosis guiding policy coherent action", "our strategy is just goals", "strategic planning", "mission vs strategy", "annual plan", or "is this actually a strategy". Also trigger when auditing a strategy doc or pitch deck for fluff, turning a goal list into real strategy, formulating strategy for a product or company, or finding leverage and proximate objectives. Covers the kernel of strategy, bad-strategy detection, and sources of power. For product positioning, see obviously-awesome. For uncontested markets, see blue-ocean-strategy.DocumentsNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos

explore-unknowns
dzhng/skills
From the author
Guide the user through a quadrant walk that maps the unknowns of a task — open by listing the known knowns, then work through known unknowns, unknown knowns, and unknown unknowns one stage at a time, ending with a complete four-quadrant map in the user's hands. Use when a request is ambiguous or underspecified, the codebase or domain is unfamiliar, the user will "know it when they see it", a reference implementation must be understood before porting, mid-build deviations from the plan need capturing, or a finished change needs buy-in or verified understanding before merge. Pairs with [write-spec](../write-spec/SKILL.md) — walk the quadrants to burn off fog before slicing, and feed the finished map into the spec.
