- negotiationwondelai/skillsPrepare and execute negotiations using tactical empathy, calibrated questions, and the Ackerman method. Use when the user mentions "salary negotiation", "contract terms", "handling objections", "mirroring and labeling", "difficult conversation", "deal terms", "BATNA", "anchoring", "how do I ask for a raise", "get a better deal", or "they wont budge on price". Also trigger when preparing for a vendor negotiation, resolving a pricing dispute, or navigating a high-stakes conversation where both sides need to feel heard. Covers accusation audits, Black Swan discovery, and the "Thats Right" technique. For persuasion in product and marketing, see influence-psychology.LegalNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- citation-managementK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsComprehensive citation management for academic research. Search OpenAlex, PubMed, and Google Scholar for papers, extract accurate metadata, validate citations, and generate properly formatted BibTeX entries. This skill should be used when you need to find papers, verify citation information, convert DOIs to BibTeX, or ensure reference accuracy in scientific writing.ScienceNo warnings★ 56.2K↓ —
- slide-excellencepedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowMulti-agent comprehensive slide review (visual + pedagogy + proofreading, plus TikZ / parity / substance conditionally). Use when user says "full review", "excellence pass", "comprehensive check", "review everything", "pre-release review", "slide excellence", or before teaching / shipping a deck. Fanout wrapper — for a single lens, use `/visual-audit`, `/pedagogy-review`, or `/proofread` directly.DocumentsNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- cloud-monitoring-promql-querygoogle/skillsGenerates valid PromQL queries from Cloud Monitoring metric descriptors and resource parameters. Use when asked to create, generate, write, or format PromQL queries, PromQL strings, or PromQL aggregations for Cloud Monitoring metrics and resources. Don't use for raw metric discovery or metric selection.OfficialWritingNo warnings★ 22.2K↓ —
- simulation-studypedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowScaffold and run a reproducible Monte Carlo simulation study in R — a declared assumption regime, a parameterized DGP, an estimator grid, a seeded replication loop, and a summary of bias, RMSE, empirical SE, coverage, size/power with Monte Carlo standard errors. Use when the user says "run a Monte Carlo simulation", "simulation study", "check the bias/coverage of an estimator", "compare estimators in simulation", "size and power simulation", "Monte Carlo experiment", or wants to demonstrate an estimator's finite-sample properties. Produces a numbered R script in `scripts/R/` and saves per-replication raw results + a summary table to `output/`.ProductivityNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- power-analysispedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowCompute statistical power, required sample size, and minimum detectable effect (MDE) for a study design, then write a registry-ready power section. Handles two-arm RCTs (with clustering / ICC and unequal allocation), multiple-arm corrections, and a simulation-based power option for non-standard designs (DiD/event-study, IV, panel). Use when user says "power analysis", "power calculation", "MDE", "minimum detectable effect", "how big a sample do I need", "is my study powered", "power for an RCT", or when /preregister needs a power section for an experiment. Produces a power/MDE table, power curves, and a methods paragraph to paste into a preregistration.DesignNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- verify-artifactpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowProve that the file you are about to send, publish, or hand off IS the thing you mean — before it leaves your hands. Rebuild from source, check integrity, diff the derived artifact against its source, and require the recipient to echo what they received. Use before sending a paper/PDF for review, shipping a release or replication package, handing files to a coauthor or collaborator, uploading anything to an external reviewer or model, or publishing. Prevents an entire review/QA cycle from being spent on defects that exist only in the artifact, not in the work.TestingNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- compress-sessionpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowDistill the current conversation into a structured note (decisions made, open questions, file pointers with line numbers, next 1–3 actions) and save to `quality_reports/session_logs/` before auto-compression. Differs from `/checkpoint` (explicit stop-point snapshot) and from auto-compaction (which truncates rather than distills). Use when context is approaching auto-compact threshold, when a long pipeline has accumulated many decisions, or when the user says "compress", "distil this session", "before we hit auto-compact", "structured handoff before context resets".ProductivityNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- data-analysispedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowEnd-to-end R data analysis pipeline — exploration → cleaning → regression → publication-ready tables and figures. Use when user says "analyze this dataset", "run a regression on X", "explore this CSV", "full analysis workflow", "get me summary stats and a regression", or points at a `.csv`/`.rds`/`.dta` and asks for empirical results. Produces numbered R scripts in `scripts/R/` and outputs to `output/`.DataNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- oracle-reviewpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowA ready-to-fork Claude Code template for academics using LaTeX/Beamer + R. Multi-agent review, quality gates, adversarial QA, and replication protocols.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- grant-proposalpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowScaffold a research grant proposal (NSF, NIH, ERC, or foundation) by composing existing primitives — pulls identification strategy from an `/interview-me` spec, delegates the data-management plan to `/data-management-plan` and the facilities statement to `/capture-environment`, and emits a funder-requirements checklist. Use when user says "draft a grant", "write a proposal", "NSF proposal", "NIH aims", "ERC application", "foundation grant", "specific aims", or "scaffold a grant proposal". NOT a submission tool — produces a draft the user uploads to the sponsor's portal themselves.ScienceNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- validate-bibpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowValidate bibliography entries against citations in all lecture files. Structural checks (missing/unused entries, malformed fields) by default; `--semantic` adds citation-drift detection, DOI verification, and style-consistency checks.OtherNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- compile-latexpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowCompile a Beamer LaTeX slide deck with XeLaTeX (3 passes + bibtex). Use when user says "compile", "build the slides", "rebuild the PDF", "run latex", "render the tex", or asks why a `.tex` file isn't producing a PDF. Operates on `Slides/*.tex`.DocumentsNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- tddNewLeoYeAI/agent-master-skillsRun a red-green-refactor TDD workflow — generate failing tests first, implement to green, then check coverage gaps. Usage: /tdd <generate|coverage|validate> [target]TestingNo warnings★ 2.2K↓ —
- teach-from-paperpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowTurn a research paper into teaching materials — a lecture outline, the 3-5 results worth presenting (with intuition), a slide skeleton ready for `/create-lecture`, discussion questions, and a problem-set brief. Reads the paper end-to-end and pitches to a stated audience level. Use when user says "turn this paper into a lecture", "teach from this paper", "build slides from this PDF", "make teaching materials from X", "I'm presenting this paper to my class".ScienceNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- blog-brandAgriciDaniel/claude-blogEstablish durable brand and voice context for cross-skill consumption. Generates BRAND.md (audience, positioning, do/don't editorial rules, taboo phrases, competitor differentiation) and VOICE.md (existing persona JSON re-expressed as readable prose), both written to the project root. When present, the blog orchestrator loads these files, fenced as untrusted data, for write, rewrite, brief, outline, calendar, and strategy workflows. Pairs with blog-persona, which manages the structured persona JSON. Use when the user says "blog brand", "create brand context", "BRAND.md", "VOICE.md", "establish editorial brand". Not for learning a voice from existing posts (blog-style) or managing persona JSON (blog-persona).WritingNo warnings★ 2.7K↓ —
- blog-localizeAgriciDaniel/claude-blogDeep cultural adaptation of an already translated blog post for one target market: local examples, CTAs, legal references, statistic sources, and formality (Sie/du, tu/vous). Built-in profiles for DACH, Francophone, Hispanic, and Japanese markets. Use when the user says "localize blog", "cultural adaptation", "adapt for Germany", "lokalisieren", "localiser", "adaptar" and a translation already exists. Not for translating (use blog-translate), auditing a folder of translations (use blog-locale-audit), or the full write-translate-localize pipeline (use blog-multilingual).WritingNo warnings★ 2.7K↓ —
- capture-environmentpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowSnapshot the computational environment for a replication package — detects the analysis stack (R / Stata / Python) and emits the right lockfiles (renv.lock + sessionInfo.txt, requirements.txt / environment.yml / uv.lock, Stata version + ado package list), records seeds and RNG kind, optionally writes a pinning Dockerfile, and produces a paste-ready "Computational requirements" block. Use when user says "capture the environment", "snapshot my dependencies", "pin the versions", "make a renv.lock / requirements.txt", "make this byte-reproducible", or before releasing a replication package to openICPSR / the AEA Data Editor.WritingNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- new-diagrampedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowScaffold a new TikZ diagram from the snippet gallery with prevention rules pre-applied (explicit node dimensions, coordinate map, directional edge labels). Compiles standalone, invokes tikz-reviewer with citations from tikz-measurement.md, and loops on revisions until APPROVED.OtherNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- secops-detection-engineeringgoogle/skillsAuthor, validate, test, and deploy YARA-L 2.0 detection rules and evaluate end-to-end detection coverage gaps in Google SecOps. Use when writing new detection rules, tuning existing rules, validating syntax, testing logic against historical telemetry, or evaluating detection coverage against threat intelligence blogs, CVE disclosures, and Threat Detection Opportunities (TDOs) using synthetic UDM events and long-running coverage analysis. Don't use for alert triage (use secops-triage), deep forensic event reconstruction on infected hosts (use secops-investigate), or case management operations (use secops-cases).OfficialSecurityNo warnings★ 22.2K↓ —
- frame-a-proposalinkeep/open-knowledgeFrame a new design proposal (RFC-shape) under proposals/ — problem before solution, named beneficiary and observable change, real alternatives, honest drawbacks, and a live open-questions backlog. Read when asked to frame a proposal, write an RFC, propose a design, pitch a change, draft a PRD-style design doc, or open a design proposal for review. Do NOT read to record a decision after it is accepted (use record-a-decision), to write an implementation spec (use write-a-spec), to write a postmortem (use write-a-postmortem), or to review or critique an existing design (use review-a-design).DesignNo warnings★ 4.8K↓ —
- scaffold-exercisespedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowScaffold a graded problem set with sections, problems, worked solutions, and short "why this matters" explainers across analytical, empirical, and coding types. Use when user says "make a problem set on X", "scaffold exercises for this lecture", "create practice problems", "generate homework with a solution key", "build a graded assignment on topic Y". Emits a clean student set plus a separate solution key — NOT for grading submissions or auto-checking student answers.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
review-a-design
inkeep/open-knowledge
From the author
Reviews whether a design is SOUND — solving the right problem, derived from its stated goals and constraints — and emits ranked, evidence-backed findings, not edits. Read when asked to 'review this design', 'is this design sound', 'pressure-test this proposal', 'do a design review', 'does this solve the right problem', 'poke holes in this spec', 'should we build this', or to critique a proposal / spec / ADR / architecture or product decision. Do NOT read when the user wants to AUTHOR one of these — routing a new proposal is frame-a-proposal, a spec is write-a-spec, a decision record is record-a-decision, a postmortem is write-a-postmortem. Do NOT read for code review of a diff, or to fact-check individual claims (that is a correctness pass, a different job).
