- arcgis-to-portaljsdatopian/portaljsMigrate a whole ArcGIS Hub site into a PortalJS Arc portal end-to-end. Harvests the Hub /data.json (DCAT-US) inventory, exports every FeatureService layer through the ArcGIS REST query API with resultOffset paging, converts each to the serverless dual tier (PMTiles render + GeoParquet query) with tabular items to Parquet, pushes everything to Cloudflare R2 via Git LFS, appends dual-tier datasets.json entries, and writes a source-vs-derived parity report. Use to move a City or sector ArcGIS Hub open-data portal onto PortalJS with no server-side compute.DevOpsNo warnings★ 2.4K↓ —

- appfunctionsandroid/skillsAnalyzes Android apps to find user workflows to expose as AppFunctions, such as creating a note, playing media, or sending a message. AI agents, voice commands, and system shortcuts then run them without opening the app UI. Generates Kotlin code with the androidx.appfunctions library, and refines KDoc and the app description so that agents choose and call functions correctly. Use this skill when discovering, implementing, documenting, testing, or upgrading AppFunctions in an Android app, including @AppFunctionDeclaration, @AppFunctionSerializable, @AppFunctionServiceEntryPoint, AppFunctionService, app_metadata.xml, appfn:instructions, adb shell cmd app_function, and legacy @AppFunction or AppFunctionConfiguration.Provider code. - software-lifecycleinkeep/open-knowledgeHow to work in a Software Lifecycle project (the `software-lifecycle` starter pack): proposals → decisions → specs → postmortems, plus guides. Read when the project has these folders, or when asked how this project is organized. Carries the doc lifecycle, status flows, and per-folder agent behaviors so that guidance does not live inside template bodies or folder descriptions. The five workflows — frame a proposal, write a spec, record a decision, write a postmortem, review a design — each ship as their own sibling skill in this pack. Complements the platform `open-knowledge` skill; does not replace it.DesignNo warnings★ 4.8K↓ —
convert-word-to-md
github/awesome-copilot
From the author
Converts Word (.docx) documents into Markdown so their contents can be accurately analyzed, summarized, searched, or extracted from. Use this skill whenever the user shares, references, or asks about a .docx file — even if they don't say "convert" or "markdown" explicitly. This includes requests to "read", "summarize", "review", "extract data from", "compare", or "analyze" a Word document, resume, report, contract, or proposal. Always run the bundled conversion script to produce Markdown first; do not attempt to parse .docx content directly or write ad-hoc conversion code. Also use this skill for batch requests involving a whole folder of Word documents. IMPORTANT: When the user references a folder or set of documents containing multiple file types (.pdf, .docx, .xlsx), invoke ALL three sibling skills — convert-pdf-to-md, convert-word-to-md, and convert-excel-to-md — so no file type is silently skipped.
