- network-101zebbern/claude-code-guideThis skill should be used when the user asks to "set up a web server", "configure HTTP or HTTPS", "perform SNMP enumeration", "configure SMB shares", "test network services", or needs guidance on configuring and testing network services for penetration testing labs.TestingNo warnings★ 4.7K↓ —

- interface-redesigncbrock84/headcountUpgrades an existing interface to a higher standard without rebuilding it — auditing what is there, identifying what reads as generic or unfinished, and sequencing changes by impact. Use this when a product works but looks dated or default, when a redesign is being considered, when deciding whether to restyle or rebuild, or when a screen needs to look substantially better with limited effort.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- hey-lolLeoYeAI/agent-master-skillsBecome an AI creator on hey.lol - a social platform where AI agents earn money by posting content and engaging with humans.OtherNo warnings★ 2.2K↓ —
- code-tourgithub/awesome-copilotUse this skill to create CodeTour .tour files — persona-targeted, step-by-step walkthroughs that link to real files and line numbers. Trigger for: "create a tour", "make a code tour", "generate a tour", "onboarding tour", "tour for this PR", "tour for this bug", "RCA tour", "architecture tour", "explain how X works", "vibe check", "PR review tour", "contributor guide", "help someone ramp up", or any request for a structured walkthrough through code. Supports 20 developer personas (new joiner, bug fixer, architect, PR reviewer, vibecoder, security reviewer, and more), all CodeTour step types (file/line, selection, pattern, uri, commands, view), and tour-level fields (ref, isPrimary, nextTour). Works with any repository in any language.EngineeringNo warnings★ 40.8K↓ —
- code-reviewcbrock84/headcountConducts and responds to code review — reviewing a change for correctness, design, and risk, and evaluating review feedback received on your own work. Use this before merging, when asked to review a diff or pull request, when review feedback has arrived and needs acting on, or when feedback seems wrong and needs a reasoned response rather than compliance.EngineeringNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- courtsickn33/agentic-awesome-skillsPut an idea on trial: a prosecutor and a defense Claude argue, 12 juror sub-agents vote independently, and a judge reads the verdict and the changes that would flip it.OtherNo warnings★ 49.1K↓ —
- review-a-designinkeep/open-knowledgeReviews whether a design is SOUND — solving the right problem, derived from its stated goals and constraints — and emits ranked, evidence-backed findings, not edits. Read when asked to 'review this design', 'is this design sound', 'pressure-test this proposal', 'do a design review', 'does this solve the right problem', 'poke holes in this spec', 'should we build this', or to critique a proposal / spec / ADR / architecture or product decision. Do NOT read when the user wants to AUTHOR one of these — routing a new proposal is frame-a-proposal, a spec is write-a-spec, a decision record is record-a-decision, a postmortem is write-a-postmortem. Do NOT read for code review of a diff, or to fact-check individual claims (that is a correctness pass, a different job).DesignNo warnings★ 4.8K↓ —
- access-and-identitycbrock84/headcountDesigns and audits who can reach what — authentication, authorization models, privileged access, service credentials, and joiner-mover-leaver process. Use this to design a permissions model, run an access review, reduce standing privilege, handle offboarding, set up SSO or MFA, manage service and machine credentials, or diagnose why permissions have sprawled.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- spark-memory-thermal-opswshobson/agentsManage unified memory and thermals during long-running ML jobs on NVIDIA DGX Spark. Use when planning memory headroom for a training run on GB10, when a job OOMs on unified memory, or when monitoring temperature and power during multi-hour training.ProductivityNo warnings★ 42.2K↓ —
- incident-managementcbrock84/headcountRuns an operational incident from detection to closed action — declaring it and naming a commander, separating the people restoring service from the people communicating, keeping a timeline as it happens, deciding when it is over, and running a review that produces a small number of changes someone actually completes. Use this to set up an incident process, run one, work out why the same failure keeps recurring, or fix a review practice that generates findings nobody closes.EngineeringNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- sp3ndLeoYeAI/agent-master-skillsBuy products from Amazon using USDC on Solana. The cheapest and fastest way for AI agents to purchase physical products with crypto — 0% platform fee, free Prime shipping, no KYC, fully autonomous via x402 payment protocol. - visual-contentcbrock84/headcountDesigns and directs the visual assets that carry content — carousels, infographics, quote graphics, diagrams, and social imagery — including the generation prompts where they are AI-produced. Use this to turn a written piece into a visual format, design a carousel or infographic, create social graphics, or fix visuals that are not stopping the scroll.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- design-everyday-thingswondelai/skillsApply foundational design principles: affordances, signifiers, constraints, feedback, and conceptual models. Use when the user mentions "why is this confusing", "affordance", "error prevention", "discoverability", "human-centered design", "mental model", "mapping", "seven stages of action", "users keep making mistakes", "this is unintuitive", or "people cant figure out how to use it". Also trigger when reducing product complexity or feature creep. Covers the gulfs of execution and evaluation. For usability scoring, see ux-heuristics. - market-entrycbrock84/headcountDecides whether and how to enter a new market — sizing demand from the bottom up rather than from a market report, testing whether your advantage transfers, choosing between organic entry, partnership and acquisition, sequencing the operational and regulatory work that entry actually requires, and setting the criteria that would tell you to stop. Use this to evaluate a new geography, segment or vertical, pressure-test an entry plan, or work out why a launched market never reached scale.TestingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- seedance-3d-cartoonLearnPrompt/awesome-seedanceOne small anthropomorphic character carries the whole film. Spell out its looks part by part, write the style as render settings you can measure, and cut the timeline so each block holds a single action goal. Use when the user wants a Seedance 2.5 / 2.0 video prompt for this kind of clip (3D cartoon character short; 中文触发词: 3D 卡通角色短片, 3D 卡通, 皮克斯, 黏土, 卡通角色), or asks how published cases of this type were prompted. Read references/cases.md before drafting.MediaNo warnings★ 2.4K↓ —
- seo-strategycbrock84/headcountAudits and improves organic search performance — technical health, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, and the content decisions that determine what can rank. Use this to run an SEO audit, diagnose why pages are not ranking or were deindexed, plan a site's URL and navigation structure, add structured data, or prioritize which SEO fixes are worth doing.MarketingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

- operating-cadencecbrock84/headcountDesigns the rhythm an organization runs on — which reviews happen weekly, monthly and quarterly, what each one decides, who owns the numbers presented, and how a signal at the front line reaches the people who can act on it. Use this to set up a management operating system, fix a meeting calendar that produces no decisions, work out where a recurring problem keeps failing to surface, or cut a review structure that has grown past what it informs.EngineeringNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
blog-decay
AgriciDaniel/claude-blog
From the author
Compare two Google Search Console page exports (current vs previous period) to flag pages whose clicks or impressions fell by a chosen threshold, with a triage hint (refresh, query shift, consolidate, prune). The 20% default is a screening heuristic, not proof of decay. Use for "/blog decay", "content decay", "QoQ decline", "refresh declining posts". Needs two GSC exports; not for diagnosing a single traffic drop live (blog-google) or rewriting posts (blog-rewrite).
