- mex-inboxmex-memory/mexDraft and review contributions to existing MEX project knowledge in the repo wiki. Use when the user wants to capture a team decision, convention, or architecture note, propose an addition or correction for team review, or invokes /mex-inbox or $mex-inbox. Also supports existing Spec proposals. Keywords: mex, project memory, CLAUDE.md, team memory, drift, inbox. Do not activate for brainstorming alone, routine GROW upkeep, email inboxes, session logs, or handoffs.PlanningNo warnings★ 1.8K↓ —
- sigma_ingestKaelio/ktxExtract durable ktx wiki knowledge from staged Sigma data model specs and workbook summaries. Load for WorkUnits with unitKey sigma-data-models or sigma-workbooks.PlanningNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —
- treasury-and-liquiditycbrock84/headcountManages cash and liquidity — cash forecasting, runway, working capital, banking structure, and currency and counterparty exposure. Use this to build a cash forecast, extend runway, improve working capital, decide where cash should sit, or assess exposure to a bank, currency, or customer concentration.OtherNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- sl_captureKaelio/ktxHow to capture new reusable patterns into ktx's semantic layer - when a measure, segment, or join belongs in the catalog and how to write it generically so it stays small and useful over time. Loaded by the post-turn memory-agent only. The research agent does not write to the SL.ScienceNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —
- ingest_triageKaelio/ktxClassify and resolve conflicts detected during bundle ingest (structural duplicates, definitional contradictions, near-duplicate clusters, re-ingest changes, evictions).OtherNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —
- lookml_ingestKaelio/ktxMap a LookML view/model/explore into ktx semantic layer sources. Covers the LookML to ktx primitive table, provenance tagging, and three worked examples (overlay, standalone from derived_table, standalone with sql_always_where). Load when the turn contains `.lkml` content.OtherNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —
- slKaelio/ktxktx's semantic layer - a structured catalog of sources (tables/views), measures, joins, and segments expressed as YAML. Covers the schema and how to query it via `sl_query`. Use when the task involves querying pre-defined metrics (ARR, churn, retention, LTV, MAU) or reading SL source YAML to understand the catalog. Capture is handled by the `sl_capture` skill (memory-agent only).ProductivityNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —
- dbt_ingestKaelio/ktxMap dbt `schema.yml` / `properties.yml` models and sources into ktx semantic-layer overlays and column notes. Covers `sources:` vs `models:`, column `data_tests` (not_null, unique, accepted_values, relationships), and how bundle-time writes complement manifest backfill from git sync. Load when the WorkUnit's `skillNames` includes `dbt_ingest` or when raw files are dbt YAML under `models/` / `sources/`.DataNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —
- ktx-analyticsKaelio/ktxUse when answering a question that needs data from a ktx-connected database - investigating, analyzing, "how many", "show me", "what's the breakdown of", finding records by value, exploring tables, comparing periods, explaining metrics, or any data-analysis request. Triggers even when the user does not say "analytics"; if the answer requires querying a configured ktx connection, this skill applies.DataNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —

- system-designwondelai/skillsDesign scalable distributed systems using structured approaches for load balancing, caching, database scaling, and message queues. Use when the user mentions "system design", "scale this", "high availability", "rate limiter", "design a URL shortener", "design Twitter", "design Uber", "design a news feed", "system design interview", "capacity planning", or "distributed architecture". Also trigger when estimating infrastructure requirements, choosing between microservices and monoliths, or designing for millions of concurrent users. Covers common system designs (TinyURL, feeds, chat) and back-of-the-envelope estimation. For data fundamentals, see ddia-systems. - chief-content-officercbrock84/headcountRuns content as an operation — the production pipeline, editorial calendar, repurposing engine, competitive content intelligence, and audits of what already exists. Use this to build or fix a content production system, plan a calendar, decide how one piece becomes many, rank content ideas by expected impact, or audit an existing library for what to update, consolidate, or retire. For deciding what territory to own and why, use `content-strategy` first.WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

Use when the user mentions "crossing the chasm", "beachhead segment", "whole product", "early adopters vs mainstream", "tech go-to-market", "bowling pin strategy", "technology adoption lifecycle", "pragmatist buyers", "growth stalled after early adopters", or "our go-to-market plan". Also trigger when planning go-to-market for a technical product. Covers the D-Day analogy, bowling-pin strategy, the tornado, and positioning against incumbents. - knowledge-baseinkeep/open-knowledgeHow to work in a Knowledge Base project (the `knowledge-base` starter pack). Read when the project has the three-layer source-grounded layout — `external-sources/` → `research/` → `articles/` — or when asked how this project is organized. Carries the layer model, per-folder rules, status flows, and log discipline so this guidance does NOT live inside template bodies or log.md. The three procedures live elsewhere: ingest in the platform `open-knowledge` skill, research and consolidate as their own sibling skills in this pack. Complements the platform `open-knowledge` skill; does not replace it.ScienceNo warnings★ 4.8K↓ —

Use when user says "build the replication package", "prepare the openICPSR deposit", "make the AEA data and code package", "DCAS compliance", "assemble the deposit for the journal", or after a paper is accepted and the journal's data editor needs the package. research-with-sources
inkeep/open-knowledge
From the author
Investigate a topic against preserved sources and write a draft-status research article under `research/` in a Knowledge Base project (the `knowledge-base` starter pack). Read when asked to research a topic, compare options, synthesize sources, gather evidence, or extend an existing research doc. Carries the full procedure: scan existing coverage, agree a research rubric, capture every source verbatim before analyzing, write the article incrementally so a crash never loses work, cite every claim, and link it back into the graph. Does not promote findings to canonical knowledge — that is the sibling `consolidate-notes` skill, after a decision lands.
