Keywords: mex, project memory, relay, handoff, team memory, Claude Code, Codex. Treat Relay as a memory baton, not chat, notifications, task assignment, issue tracking, or a Jira replacement; do not activate for ordinary status messages that are not durable handoffs.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.8K↓ —

Used when selecting scientific ML resources in biology, chemistry, genomics, materials, climate, physics, astronomy, medicine, mathematics, protein design, single-cell analysis, or PDE modeling, and when checking their actual datasets, Transformers, native-runtime, Inference Providers, or Gradio interfaces.ScienceNo warnings★ 56.1K↓ —
- dev-designcodeaholicguy/ai-devkitAI DevKit · Design phase guidance for reviewing feature design against requirements. Use when the user wants to validate architecture, review design docs, resolve design trade-offs, or run dev-lifecycle phase 3.DesignNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- commitpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowCommit the current work — runs the quality, consistency and passport gates, branches off main if needed, stages specific files, and writes a commit whose subject states what is now true. Pushes and opens a pull request only with --pr or when the user asks; never merges — a merge happens only when the user explicitly says to merge. Use ONLY on explicit commit intent — user says "commit", "let's commit this", "open a PR", or prefixes with `/commit`. Do NOT auto-invoke on vague end-of-task phrases ("we're done", "wrap up") — those require explicit confirmation first. Never force-pushes or skips hooks.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- syllabuspedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowBuild or restructure a course syllabus from a topic list or reading list — course description + prerequisites, week-by-week schedule (topic → readings → deliverables), measurable learning objectives, an assessment scheme + rubric, standard policies (late work, AI use, academic integrity, accessibility), and a per-week work-list to hand to `/create-lecture`. Use when user says "build a syllabus", "structure my course", "turn this reading list into a schedule", "draft a course outline", "make a syllabus for Econ 7xx", or "map weeks to lectures". Economics-aware (PhD metrics/micro/macro sequences, undergrad); generic enough for any field.OtherNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —

- pathway-enrichmentK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsPerforms pathway and gene-set enrichment analysis on gene lists or ranked gene data and interprets the results. Used when the user has a set of genes (differentially expressed genes from PyDESeq2/Scanpy, CRISPR-screen hits, cluster marker genes, proteomics hits) and wants to know which biological pathways, GO terms, or gene sets are over-represented or enriched. Covers over-representation analysis (ORA / Enrichr / Fisher / hypergeometric), ranked Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA / preranked), single-sample scoring (ssGSEA/GSVA), and functional profiling via gseapy, g:Profiler, Enrichr libraries, MSigDB, GO, KEGG, Reactome, and WikiPathways — plus gene-ID mapping, choosing the right background universe, multiple-testing correction, redundancy reduction, dotplots/enrichment maps, and publication-ready tables. verify-claims
pedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflow
From the author
Run Chain-of-Verification (CoVe) on a draft or a block of text with factual claims. Spawns the `claim-verifier` agent in a fresh context (never a conversation fork) so it never sees the draft — then reports which claims are supported, contradicted, or unverifiable. Use when user says "verify these citations", "check the claims in X", "did I hallucinate anything", "fact-check this draft", "run CoVe on this", or after any text generation that asserts facts about papers, datasets, or numerical results. NOT for style/grammar review (use `/proofread`) or substance review (use `/review-paper`).
