- collaboration-platform-administrationcbrock84/headcountAdministers the email, chat, meeting and file-sharing platform the organization runs on — tenant and domain configuration, mail authentication and routing, phishing and spam controls, shared mailboxes and distribution groups, external sharing and guest access, permission sprawl in file storage, and retention and legal hold. Use this to configure a tenant, tighten sharing, investigate a mail delivery or phishing problem, or work out who can see a file and why.FinanceNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- migrate-xml-views-to-jetpack-composeandroid/skillsProvides a structured workflow for migrating an Android XML View to Jetpack Compose. This skill details the step-by-step process, from planning and dependency setup, to theming and layout migration, validation and XML cleanup. Use this skill when you need to migrate an XML View to Jetpack Compose in an Android project. It solves the problem of converting the UI of a legacy XML View into modern, declarative Compose components while maintaining interoperability.OfficialDesignNo warnings★ 10.3K↓ —
- process-designcbrock84/headcountDesigns, documents, and fixes operational processes — mapping the current state, finding where work actually stalls, redesigning the flow, and building controls that hold. Use this when the same failure keeps recurring, when a handoff between teams is unreliable, when onboarding a repeated task, when work takes far longer than the work itself, or when deciding whether to automate, standardize, or eliminate a process.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- dsh-error-handlingNewqufei1993/skills-hub实现或审查错误传播、部分成功、结果未知、恢复、重试、取消或失败反馈时使用,明确状态保证和错误处理责任。OtherNo warnings★ 1.9K↓ —
- ink-custom-brush-builderandroid/skillsCreates custom BrushFamily definitions for an Android app using Jetpack Ink (androidx.ink 1.1.0-alpha03 and higher). Use this skill when configuring custom BrushTip shapes, adding pressure, tilt, speed, or noise sensitivity using BrushBehavior node graphs, creating multi-coat layered brushes, applying tiling or particle stamping textures, configuring SlidingWindowModel input smoothing, or serializing brushes. Delivers complete Kotlin BrushFamily, BrushCoat, BrushTip, BrushPaint, and BrushBehavior implementations. Don't use for View-based (XML) inking, Compose drawing surface setup, or stock brush selection. For Compose drawing surface setup, InProgressStrokes wet and dry rendering, eraser, or persistence, suggest the ink-app-builder skill.OfficialMediaNo warnings★ 10.3K↓ —

- daily-focus-boardgithub/awesome-copilotSpin up a personal, motivating daily focus board that renders in a browser canvas and that the user drives by talking to their AI partner. Tasks track status (to-do → in progress → done) with timestamped progress notes and roll up into a "today's momentum" feed; numeric-goal tasks (pages, pomodoros, reps) render as progress-bar counters. Executive-function / neurodivergent-friendly by design: Focus mode, kind "not today" carryover (no overdue-shaming), a brain-dump box, reduced-motion, and gentle deadline countdowns. Add, reorder, and relabel tasks live, assign Eisenhower priority (Do first / Schedule / Delegate / Later), open with an above/below-the-line check-in and a daily mantra, and save an end-of-day recap. Use when someone wants to plan their day, stay focused, kick off a work session, or track progress. Progress persists in the browser (localStorage).DesignNo warnings★ 40.8K↓ —
- learnpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowExtract reusable knowledge from the current session into a persistent skill. Use when you discover something non-obvious, create a workaround, or develop a multi-step workflow that future sessions would benefit from.ProductivityNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- leanback-to-compose-tv-migrationandroid/skillsProvides instructions and architectural patterns for migrating Android TV applications from legacy Leanback UI Toolkit, Android Views, or Support Fragments to Jetpack Compose for TV (androidx.tv). Use this skill for Leanback to Compose migrations, including browse screen, settings screen, authentication screen, login screen, or video playback screen migrations, or when replacing BrowseSupportFragment, LeanbackSettingsFragment, PreferenceFragment, BaseLeanbackPreferenceFragmentCompat, VideoSupportFragment, GuidedStepSupportFragment, SearchSupportFragment, VerticalGridSupportFragment, Presenter, ArrayObjectAdapter, or CursorMapper with modern Compose equivalents, implementing immersive carousels with focus memory, Media3 video playback with PlayerSurface, or custom 10-foot hero layouts.OfficialDesignNo warnings★ 10.3K↓ —
- marketing-planningcbrock84/headcountBuilds the marketing plan of record — objectives, channel mix, budget allocation, sequencing, and the measurement that says whether it worked. Use this for annual or quarterly planning, when budget must be allocated or defended, when marketing activity feels busy but undirected, or when a plan needs pressure-testing before commitment.MarketingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- blog-strategyAgriciDaniel/claude-blogBuild a blog-level strategy for a niche or business: audience segments, 3-5 content pillars with hub-and-spoke clusters, competitive gaps, measurement plan, and a 90-day roadmap. Use when the user says "blog strategy", "content strategy", "blog positioning", "content pillars", "what should I blog about". Not for a dated publishing schedule (blog-calendar), SERP-validated cluster maps (blog-cluster), or a brief or outline for one post (blog-brief, blog-outline). Makes no promise of rankings or AI citations.WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- vaccinatepedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowQualify a check before it is allowed to clear anything — prove it can detect the failure it is meant to catch. Seeds known defects into a copy of a real artifact plus a clean control, runs the checker, and reports recall and false-positive rate into a qualification ledger. Use when the user says "does this check work", "qualify the gate", "test my reviewer", "seed defects", "vaccinate", "qualify the checks", "can I trust this review", "does it pass for the right reason", or before relying on any automated check or referee simulation for a decision that matters. NOT a code fixer and NOT a reviewer itself — it grades the grader.TestingNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —

- lit-reviewpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowStructured literature search + synthesis with citation extraction, thematic clustering, and gap identification. Use when user says "find papers on X", "do a lit review", "what's the literature on...", "summarize what we know about...", "where's the gap in this field", "review recent work on Y". Produces a written review with BibTeX-ready citations. Uses WebSearch/WebFetch for recent work.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- terraform-skillantonbabenko/terraform-skillUse when writing, reviewing, or debugging Terraform/OpenTofu modules, tests, CI, scans, or state ops - diagnoses failure mode (identity churn, secrets, blast radius, CI drift, state corruption) with version-aware guards.DevOpsNo warnings★ 2.4K↓ —
- blast-radiuspedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowBefore and after changing anything shared — a function's return value, a signature, a schema, a label set, a config default, a constant, a file format — find every consumer and actually run them. Catches the change that looks purely additive but silently breaks a contract in a file you never opened. Use when editing shared code, adding a field/column/return element, renaming, changing units or defaults, or touching a pipeline that produces reported numbers.LegalNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- saas-idea-validatorcbrock84/headcountEvaluates a software or startup idea against problem, market, competition, monetization, defensibility, and execution, and returns a verdict rather than encouragement. Use this when an idea needs pressure-testing before anyone builds, when deciding whether something is worth pursuing, when assessing competition or willingness to pay, or when a validated idea needs a first-customers and MVP plan. Default to scrutiny; the useful answer is usually the unwelcome one.TestingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

blog-factcheck
AgriciDaniel/claude-blog
From the author
Verify statistics and claims in blog posts by fetching cited source URLs and checking if the claimed data actually appears on the page. Extracts all load-bearing claims (statistics, product or policy claims, ranking and comparative claims, named sources), validates cited URLs before fetching, and scores match confidence (exact match 1.0, paraphrase 0.7-0.9, not found 0.0). Flags uncited claims as UNVERIFIED and marks a claim verified only when this run fetched the source and found the passage. Checks that a source says what the post says it says; it cannot prove the source is true or verify first-hand experience. Use when the user says "fact check", "verify statistics", "check sources", "factcheck". Report only; not for rewriting posts (blog-rewrite).
