- high-output-managementwondelai/skillsManage for output using Grove's "High Output Management": a manager's output is their organization's output, raised by high-leverage activities. Use when the user mentions "high output management", "managerial leverage", "one-on-ones", "1:1 agenda", "OKRs", "performance review", "task-relevant maturity", "delegation", "meeting overload", "new manager", "how do I run a 1:1", or "just got promoted to manager". Also trigger when structuring a manager's calendar and meeting cadence, designing team metrics, running planning, coaching delegation, or preparing performance reviews. Covers leverage, production principles, meetings as the medium of management, decisions, OKRs, and task-relevant maturity. For intrinsic motivation, see drive-motivation. For a company operating system, see traction-eos.PlanningNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos

- video-podcast-maker-nanoAgents365-ai/video-podcast-makerSmallest personal narrated-explainer-video pipeline (spoken narration over visuals, not an audio podcast), fully tool-agnostic and autonomous by default — topic → research ∥ asset collection → script → TTS → video → 4K render ∥ publish info + cover. The skill defines the pipeline logic and self-verified checkpoints; any TTS backend and any video tool (Remotion, HyperFrames, CapCut, ...) work, and how much human oversight to apply is set by the working project's AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md, not here. Use when the user wants a quick personal narrated video with minimal steps, whether or not they name the tool stack. Do NOT trigger for audio-only podcasts, written episodic content, or heavy multi-format production.MediaNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —
- scenario-reel-recastscenario-labs/skillsUse when recreating a trending reel, TikTok or Short with a different performer: the same dance, moves, timing and camera, performed by the user's own character from a reference sheet, optionally in another outfit or a redecorated room, keeping the original song in sync. Keywords: reel recast, trend remake, TikTok dance, replace the dancer, character swap, choreography transfer, video to video, keep the music, Seedance edit mode.MediaNo warnings★ 2.2K↓ —

Use this before deploying a model or AI feature, when defining evaluation criteria, when a model's behavior has drifted, when assessing AI risk or regulatory exposure, or when deciding whether an AI system is fit for a consequential decision.DevOpsNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
personal-crm
inkeep/open-knowledge
From the author
How to work in a Personal CRM project (the `entity-vault` starter pack, GBrain-compatible): a typed-entity vault of people, companies, meetings, and concepts, each a dossier with a rewritable summary plus an append-only timeline. Read when the project has these folders, OR when asked to capture notes about a person or company, log a meeting, prep for an upcoming meeting, or answer who someone is and what was last said. Carries the dossier convention and entity-extraction behaviors so that guidance does not live inside template bodies or folder descriptions. Complements the platform `open-knowledge` skill; does not replace it.
