- pathogen-variant-surveillanceK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsQueries public GenSpectrum LAPIS data for pathogen genomic surveillance, current lineage nomenclature, weekly sequence proportions, reporting delays, and descriptive mutation frequencies. Use for variant surveillance, Pango lineage validation, dominant submitted lineages, Nextclade assignment provenance, SARS-CoV-2, influenza/H5N1 clades, RSV, mpox, measles, dengue, or LAPIS queries. Distinguishes sequence prevalence from infection prevalence, clades from genotypes, missing calls from reference matches, and sampling changes from biological growth advantage.ScienceNo warnings★ 55.5K↓ —

- relsa-severity-assessmentK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsSupports multivariate severity assessment and exploratory endpoint-time score forecasting for laboratory animal studies using the RELSA (RELative Severity Assessment) score and ARIMA-based foRcast forecasting. Use when combining welfare readouts — body weight or weight loss, body temperature, clinical or nesting scores, biomarkers, activity, heart rate, burrowing, wheel running — into one severity score per animal per day, when asking which animals are at risk of reaching a humane endpoint at a specified future observation time, when defining attention/danger zones or thresholds on a severity scale by kernel density estimation, or when reporting severity for a 3Rs, refinement, animal-welfare, or EU Directive 2010/63/EU severity-assessment context. Covers directionality ("turned" variables), baseline normalization, reference sets, RELSA weights, ARIMA prediction intervals, and RMSE/PICP/MPIW evaluation.ScienceNo warnings★ 55.5K↓ —
- statistical-analysisK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsGuided statistical analysis for research data - test selection, assumption checking, effect sizes, power analysis, Bayesian alternatives, and APA-formatted reporting. Use whenever a user wants to compare groups, test a hypothesis, analyze experimental or survey data, check statistical assumptions, compute required sample sizes, or write up results - even if they never name a specific test. Covers t-tests, ANOVA, chi-square, correlation, regression, non-parametric and Bayesian methods. For low-level model APIs, see the statsmodels and pymc skills.TestingNo warnings★ 55.5K↓ —
- get-available-resourcesK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsDetects host inventory and effective CPU, memory, disk, scheduler, container, and accelerator limits when a user asks for resource-aware planning or before a clearly resource-sensitive local workload. Produces a redacted JSON snapshot and conservative planning helpers without stress tests or assuming visible host hardware is usable.TestingNo warnings★ 55.5K↓ —

- release-and-deploymentcbrock84/headcountShips changes safely and often — pipelines, deployment strategies, feature flags, rollback, and database changes. Use this to design a deployment pipeline, reduce release risk, roll out a risky change gradually, plan a schema migration, or work out why releases are infrequent and frightening.DevOpsNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- copilot-pr-autopilotgithub/awesome-copilotCopilot left 14 review comments on your PR — half are nits. Hours of fix → reply → resolve → re-request, and each round lands MORE comments. This skill runs loop engineering: auto-triggers Copilot Code Review via GraphQL (no @copilot mention), triages every open thread (Copilot, humans, advanced-security) with a fix / decline / escalate rubric, dispatches parallel fix sub-agents that obey the repo build/test/lint conventions, commits per iteration, replies+resolves citing the pushed SHA, then re-triggers until HEAD is reviewed with zero threads awaiting the agent's reply (remaining open threads are explicit hand-offs to the human — escalated declines, design tradeoffs). You merge a clean PR; the bot runs it. Trigger phrases: "address copilot comments", "run a copilot review loop", "fix this PR", "iterate on copilot feedback". Repo-agnostic, gh CLI + PowerShell. Full autopilot needs repo Triage/Write; external PR authors get single-iteration mode plus manual re-trigger (UI 🔄 or substantive-commit push).SecurityNo warnings★ 40.6K↓ —
- hivemind-goalsactiveloopai/hivemindCreate, track, and read team goals via Hivemind from openclaw. Use whenever the user mentions a goal, objective, target, milestone, or asks to track progress on something measurable. ALSO use when the user says "task", "todo", "work item", "remind me to", "fix X", or any actionable work item — the goal system replaced the legacy `hivemind tasks` CLI and now covers both objectives and tasks.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.6K↓ —
- submission-disclosurespedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowGenerate the submission-time disclosure block for a manuscript — the AI-use disclosure statement matched to the target journal's policy, CRediT author-contribution roles, conflict-of-interest statement, and data-availability statement. Use when the user says "AI disclosure", "disclosure statement", "do I need to disclose Claude", "CRediT roles", "conflict of interest statement", "data availability statement", or is preparing a submission package. - account-based-marketingcbrock84/headcountConcentrates marketing and sales effort on a named set of accounts rather than on volume — qualifying whether the model fits your economics at all, building the account list and the buying group inside each, tiering effort against account value, coordinating so the account experiences one campaign rather than several, and measuring account progression instead of leads. Use this to decide whether to run an account-based program, build one, or work out why an existing one produces activity and no pipeline.MarketingNo warnings★ 2.5K↓ —
- matchmsK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsProcesses, cleans, compares, and searches tandem mass spectra with matchms. Use for MS/MS file I/O, metadata harmonization, peak filtering, spectral similarity, library matching, score matrices, and molecular-similarity networks. Use pyopenms instead for LC-MS feature detection or proteomics pipelines.PlanningNo warnings★ 55.5K↓ —Also in 1 other repo
- android-for-cars-parked-appsandroid/skillsAdapt existing Android video streaming apps, games, and web browsers to run as parked apps on Android Auto and Android Automotive OS. Covers manifest configuration, Google Play hardware feature declarations, compatibility mode, back navigation affordances, orientation and display continuity, controllable system bar insets, irregular display cutouts, driver distraction lifecycle handling, MediaSession playback restrictions with CarUxRestrictionsManager, background audio while driving, and browser sensitive data protection. Use this skill when migrating, building, or auditing parked apps for cars to meet Car App Quality guidelines. Don't use for media audio apps, templated Car App Library navigation, point of interest, internet of things, weather, or communication apps designed for use while driving.OfficialBrowserNo warnings★ 10.1K↓ —

statistical-power
K-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skills
From the author
Calculates sample sizes and statistical power for study planning. Applies when someone asks "how many subjects/samples/replicates do I need", wants an a priori power analysis, a minimum detectable effect (MDE), a power curve, or needs to justify a sample size for a grant, IRB protocol, or pre-registration. Covers closed-form power for t-tests, ANOVA, proportions, correlations, chi-square, and regression, plus simulation-based (Monte Carlo) power for complex designs — logistic/Poisson regression, mixed models, cluster-randomized trials, survival, and interactions. Also handles requests that only mention an effect size, alpha, or "80% power" without saying "power analysis" explicitly. For laying out the study (randomization, blocking, factorial/DOE, crossover, sequential designs) use experimental-design; for analyzing data already collected and reporting it use statistical-analysis.
