- data-modelingcbrock84/headcountDesigns the warehouse and semantic layer — source-to-mart structure, dimensional modeling, grain, slowly changing dimensions, and the metric layer analytics reads through. Use this to design or restructure a warehouse, model a new source, decide on grain or table structure, build a semantic or metric layer, or diagnose why queries are slow, wrong, or impossible to write.DataNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- dev-simplifycodeaholicguy/ai-devkitAI DevKit · Analyze and simplify existing implementations to reduce complexity, improve maintainability, and enhance scalability. Use when users ask to simplify code, reduce complexity, refactor for readability, clean up implementations, improve maintainability, reduce technical debt, or make code easier to understand.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —

Use when the user mentions "go viral", "word of mouth", "shareable content", "social currency", "why people share", "referral program", "nobody is sharing it", or "make this spread". Also trigger when designing shareable features, crafting social campaigns, or building products that spread through peer recommendation. Covers environmental triggers and high-arousal emotional content. For sticky messaging, see made-to-stick. For persuasion tactics, see influence-psychology.OtherNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- pathmlK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsSupports local computational pathology research with PathML: slide loading and tiling, preprocessing and QC, h5path storage, multiplex quantification, spatial graphs, and bounded model inference. Use for whole-slide H&E, CODEX, Vectra, Mesmer, HoVer-Net, and HACTNet workflows.DocumentsNo warnings★ 56.1K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- clean-codewondelai/skillsWrite readable, maintainable code through disciplined naming, small functions, and clean error handling. Use when the user mentions "clean up this code", "this function is too long", "code smells", "naming conventions", "boy scout rule", "single responsibility", or "unit test quality". Also trigger when reviewing a pull request for readability, untangling a messy function, debating comment styles, or improving error-handling patterns. Covers SRP, comment discipline, formatting, and unit testing. For refactoring techniques, see refactoring-patterns. For architecture and dependency rules, see clean-architecture.EngineeringNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- hooked-uxwondelai/skillsDesign habit-forming product loops using the Hook Model (Trigger, Action, Variable Reward, Investment). Use when the user mentions "users arent coming back", "habit formation", "engagement loops", "habit zone", or "the manipulation matrix". Also trigger when designing notification or re-engagement strategies, building streaks or progress systems, or analyzing why users stop after signup. - mom-testwondelai/skillsTalk to customers without leading them using Mom Test rules: discuss their life not your idea, ask about specifics in the past, and talk less. Use when the user mentions "customer interviews", "validate my idea", "users say they want it but dont buy", "leading questions", "The Mom Test", "customer feedback bias", or "interview script". Also trigger when preparing user-research questions, interpreting ambiguous feedback, or designing customer-discovery that avoids false positives. Covers commitment and advancement, avoiding compliments, and extracting signal from noise. For product-market fit, see jobs-to-be-done. For rapid prototype testing, see design-sprint.TestingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- daily-focus-boardgithub/awesome-copilotSpin up a personal, motivating daily focus board that renders in a browser canvas and that the user drives by talking to their AI partner. Tasks track status (to-do → in progress → done) with timestamped progress notes and roll up into a "today's momentum" feed; numeric-goal tasks (pages, pomodoros, reps) render as progress-bar counters. Executive-function / neurodivergent-friendly by design: Focus mode, kind "not today" carryover (no overdue-shaming), a brain-dump box, reduced-motion, and gentle deadline countdowns. Add, reorder, and relabel tasks live, assign Eisenhower priority (Do first / Schedule / Delegate / Later), open with an above/below-the-line check-in and a daily mantra, and save an end-of-day recap. Use when someone wants to plan their day, stay focused, kick off a work session, or track progress. Progress persists in the browser (localStorage).DesignNo warnings★ 40.8K↓ —
- grow-appwondelai/skillsGuided journey from an app people sign up for and then quietly abandon to a sealed retention engine with a habit loop, an activated first run, and one metric the whole team trusts. Orchestrates eight skills phase by phase - hooked-ux, improve-retention, continuous-discovery, lean-ux, inspired-product, lean-analytics, microinteractions, drive-motivation - asking the user questions at every decision point and recording results in the project docs/ folder (PRODUCT.md, METRICS.md, GROW-APP-PLAN.md) so the journey resumes across sessions. Use when the user wants to lift activation and retention, design a habit loop, fix a leaky onboarding funnel, or says 'users sign up then disappear'. Do not use to fix broken UX or performance that no engagement mechanic can paper over - run improve-app first; if there is no app yet, use create-app. For one framework in isolation, invoke that skill directly.DataNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- dev-commitcodeaholicguy/ai-devkitAI DevKit · Safe git commit workflow for AI coding agents. Use when the user asks to commit, prepare a commit, stage changes, create a PR-ready checkpoint, or finish work with a conventional commit while avoiding unrelated user changes.EngineeringNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —

Use when the user mentions "design sprint", "validate before we build", "rapid prototype", "test with users", or "should we build this". Also trigger when a team is stuck in endless debate over a high-stakes product decision, or wants to de-risk a costly idea before investing in development. Covers mapping, sketching, deciding, prototyping, and testing across Monday-Friday. For ongoing experimentation and MVPs, see lean-startup. For customer job analysis, see jobs-to-be-done. For non-leading user interviews, see mom-test.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos

From the author
Commit the current work — runs the quality, consistency and passport gates, branches off main if needed, stages specific files, and writes a commit whose subject states what is now true. Pushes and opens a pull request only with --pr or when the user asks; never merges — a merge happens only when the user explicitly says to merge. Use ONLY on explicit commit intent — user says "commit", "let's commit this", "open a PR", or prefixes with `/commit`. Do NOT auto-invoke on vague end-of-task phrases ("we're done", "wrap up") — those require explicit confirmation first. Never force-pushes or skips hooks.
