Also when picking a Scenario model, running a LoRA, refining a generation prompt, uploading reference images, waiting on generation jobs, checking credits or quota, hitting Scenario auth, scope, or Forbidden errors, or setting up mcp.scenario.com in Claude Code, Cursor, VSCode, or another agent.MediaNo warnings★ 2.2K↓ —
- program-managementcbrock84/headcountPlans and drives cross-functional programs to delivery — scope, sequencing, dependencies, status, risk, and the escalations that keep work moving. Use this to run a multi-team initiative, recover a program that is slipping, build a delivery plan with dependencies, structure status reporting, or diagnose why cross-team work keeps missing dates.PlanningNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- lab-hardware-cadK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsDesigns custom laboratory hardware as parametric build123d models and exports fabrication artifacts as STEP, STL, and DXF files - microfluidic chips and molds, optomechanical mounts and breadboard adapters, cuvette and microplate holders, tube racks, animal-behavior rigs, and 3D-printed instrument fixtures. Use when a research task needs a physical part that must mate with standardized labware, an optical table, a cage system, or a printer, CNC, or laser process.ScienceNo warnings★ 56.1K↓ —
- blog-taxonomyAgriciDaniel/claude-blogSuggest tags and categories for a blog post from its content, audit a site's tag and category health, and, only after the user approves a shown plan, sync tags and categories to WordPress, Shopify, Ghost, Strapi, or Sanity. suggest and audit are read-only; sync is dry-run by default and never deletes, merges, or edits post content. Use when the user says "tag suggestions", "taxonomy audit", "sync tags", "WordPress tags", "Shopify tags". Not for keyword research (blog-brief) or schema markup (blog-schema).WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

- blog-decayAgriciDaniel/claude-blogCompare two Google Search Console page exports (current vs previous period) to flag pages whose clicks or impressions fell by a chosen threshold, with a triage hint (refresh, query shift, consolidate, prune). The 20% default is a screening heuristic, not proof of decay. Use for "/blog decay", "content decay", "QoQ decline", "refresh declining posts". Needs two GSC exports; not for diagnosing a single traffic drop live (blog-google) or rewriting posts (blog-rewrite).WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

Use when the user mentions "brand message", "website copy", "elevator pitch", "one-liner", "brand script", "StoryBrand framework", "customer as hero", or "my messaging isnt resonating". Also trigger when rewriting homepage copy, crafting email nurture sequences, or creating consistent messaging across sales and marketing collateral. Covers landing page copy, marketing collateral, and consistent communication. For memorable messaging, see made-to-stick. For product positioning, see obviously-awesome.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- monetizing-innovationwondelai/skillsDesign products and pricing around validated willingness to pay, from Ramanujam & Tacke's "Monetizing Innovation". Use when the user mentions "pricing", "how much should we charge", "willingness to pay", "pricing page", "packaging", "freemium vs free trial", "are we leaving money on the table", "nobody buys at this price", "price increase", or "good-better-best". Also trigger when designing or auditing pricing and packaging, validating willingness to pay before building, segmenting customers by value, or choosing between subscription, usage-based, and freemium models. Covers price-before-product, willingness-to-pay talks, the four failures (feature shock, minivation, hidden gem, undead), leader/filler/killer packaging, and behavioral pricing. For offers and guarantees, see hundred-million-offers. For what customers value, see jobs-to-be-done.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- remove-technical-debtwondelai/skillsGuided journey from a large aged codebase everyone fears to touch to one that is safe to change, legible, bounded, and resilient - paid down in place without a rewrite. Orchestrates eight skills phase by phase - working-with-legacy-code, refactoring-patterns, clean-code, software-design-philosophy, clean-architecture, pragmatic-programmer, release-it, domain-driven-design - asking the user questions at every decision point and recording results in the project docs/ folder (TESTING.md, TECH-DEBT.md, REMOVE-TECHNICAL-DEBT-PLAN.md) so the journey resumes across sessions. Use when the user wants to tame a legacy codebase, pay down technical debt safely, avoid a big-bang rewrite, or says 'we are afraid to touch this code'. For a fresh vibe-coded prototype, improve-code-quality; for greenfield structure, design-code-architecture; for a product-and-UX pass, improve-app; to optimize a working codebase for speed, architecture-optimization. For one framework in isolation, invoke that skill directly.TestingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- new-term-radarzhuyansen/new-term-radarOne run from signal to decision. Finds the names of new AI models, products and repositories seen in the last 24 hours (X, Hugging Face, GitHub, sitemaps), then builds a keyword priority table for them, each new name and the generic search terms behind it, sized against Google Ads volume and DataForSEO Trends (an estimate of Google search interest), with prioritize, watch or skip. Use when the user wants today's new AI keywords, an AI trend radar, or asks what new AI terms are worth building a page or tool for. Also takes names the user already has. Runs the new-term-radar command line; needs an AISA_API_KEY.MarketingNo warnings★ 2.1K↓ —
- pua-enLeoYeAI/agent-master-skillsForces exhaustive problem-solving with corporate PUA rhetoric. Trigger on: task failed 2+ times, about to give up, suggesting user do it manually, blaming environment unverified, stuck in loops, passive behavior, or user frustration ('try harder', 'figure it out', 'stop giving up', 'why isn't this working', 'again???'). ALL task types. Not for first failures.ProductivityNo warnings★ 2.2K↓ —

Don't use for authoring or editing alerting policy conditions, selecting metric descriptors, or writing PromQL or Monitoring Filter queries.OfficialDevOpsNo warnings★ 21.9K↓ —
- software-design-philosophywondelai/skillsManage software complexity through deep modules, information hiding, and strategic programming. Use when the user mentions "module design", "API too complex", "shallow class", "complexity budget", "strategic vs tactical", "deep module", "information leakage", "pass-through method", "this code is over-engineered", or "simplify this design". Also trigger when reviewing an interface for simplicity, evaluating whether an abstraction is pulling its weight, deciding whether a comment is worth writing, or choosing between general-purpose and special-purpose approaches. Covers deep vs shallow modules, red flags for complexity, and comments as design documentation. For code quality, see clean-code. For architecture boundaries, see clean-architecture.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos

- deal-negotiationcbrock84/headcountNegotiates a commercial deal without giving away the terms that matter — preparing your walk-away and theirs, trading concessions rather than conceding them, recognizing the tactics that create false urgency, protecting price by moving other variables, and closing on terms someone can actually deliver. Use this to prepare for a negotiation, respond to a demand mid-deal, work out why discounts keep landing at quarter end, or review terms before they are signed.FinanceNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

- founder-launchJakeschincariol/founder-skillYour launch lead. Builds a dated, step-by-step launch plan: a cheap real-world test first (a waitlist, a pre-sale or a pop-up with a real price, so real buyers confirm what the simulated panel said), then the countdown to opening day with owners and deadlines, the launch-day run sheet, and the first 30 days of what to measure and what to change. agent-platform-alert-configuration
google/skills
From the author
Configures best-practice alerting policies for AI agents using OpenTelemetry (OTel) metrics, generating output as Terraform (.tf) configuration files. Use when analyzing, writing, or deploying alerting policies to monitor agent latency, error rates, token usage, and quality metrics. Don't use for standard infrastructure monitoring unrelated to AI agents, or when the agent is not instrumented with OpenTelemetry (for Reliability, Cost, Safety, Security alerts). NOTE: Reliability, Cost, Safety, and Security alerts use generic OTel metrics and work across runtimes (such as Cloud Run, Vertex AI). Quality alerts rely on Vertex AI Online Monitors and are strictly bound to Vertex AI deployments.
