- org-designcbrock84/headcountDesigns how an organization is structured — reporting lines, team boundaries, spans and layers, role definition, and workforce planning against the strategy. Use this to structure a new team, restructure an existing one, resolve unclear ownership between teams, plan headcount, or diagnose why a team underperforms for structural rather than individual reasons.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- industriekundenKlotzkette/claude-fuer-deutsches-rechtFür Industriekunden — Sonderregelungen: ordnet Norm, Beweislast und Gegenargument; Ergebnis: Prüfprodukt mit Risiko und nächstem Schritt.OtherNo warnings★ 1.8K↓ —
- head-of-pmocbrock84/headcountThe EPMO lead's remit — what the PMO governs, what it must never become, and how it earns standing rather than compliance. Use this to stand up or reform a PMO, decide what it should and should not control, judge whether it is adding value or overhead, or work out why teams route around it.LegalNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- retentioncbrock84/headcountDiagnoses and reduces churn — cancellation flows, save offers, failed-payment recovery, at-risk detection, and the product and service causes underneath. Use this when churn is rising or unexplained, to design a cancellation or win-back flow, to recover involuntary churn, to identify at-risk accounts before they leave, or to decide whether a retention problem is a product problem.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- mageckK-Dense-AI/scientific-agent-skillsAnalyzes pooled CRISPR screen FASTQ reads and guide-count matrices with MAGeCK, validates guide libraries and contrasts, measures replicate and library QC, and produces gene hit rankings with effect sizes and FDR. Use for new knockout, CRISPRi, or CRISPRa screen analysis, enrichment or depletion contrasts, and MAGeCK count/test workflows; existing public dependency-score lookup belongs to DepMap.TestingNo warnings★ 56.1K↓ —Also in 2 other repos

- ai-listeningzhuyansen/new-term-radarCollect what is new in AI in the last 24 hours across X, Hugging Face, GitHub and sitemaps, deduplicated, as one report of names that are starting to surge. - blog-geoAgriciDaniel/claude-blogAudit one blog post file for AI-citation readiness (self-contained, sourced passages, entity clarity, structure, crawler access) and score it with an internal 0-100 heuristic plus per-surface notes for AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot. Use when the user says "geo", "aeo", "ai citation", "citation audit", "chatgpt citation". Not for a site-wide audit, live AI-visibility tracking, or schema generation (use claude-seo seo-geo, blog-audit, blog-schema), and not a promise of citations.WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- blog-seo-checkAgriciDaniel/claude-blogPost-writing SEO validation with pass/fail checklist covering title tag clarity and uniqueness, meta description quality, heading hierarchy, internal/external link audit with anchor text analysis, canonical URL verification, Open Graph meta tags (og:title, og:description, og:image), Twitter Card validation, structured data presence and validity, URL structure optimization, and image alt text presence. Produces prioritized fix list with specific recommendations. Use for ONE finished post when the user says "seo check", "validate seo", "on-page seo", "title tag check", "link audit". Not for a whole-site audit (blog-audit, claude-seo), AI-citation scoring (blog-geo), schema generation (blog-schema), or the delivery gates (blog_preflight.py).MarketingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- blog-locale-auditAgriciDaniel/claude-blogRead-only audit of a folder of existing multilingual blog posts: translation coverage, parity, hreflang and canonical consistency, meta-tag parity, and stale translations, with a prioritized report. Use when the user says "locale audit", "check translations", "multilingual audit", "hreflang check", "Uebersetzungen pruefen" about posts that already exist. Not for creating or fixing translations (blog-translate, blog-localize, blog-multilingual) or for a site-wide technical hreflang crawl (claude-seo seo-hreflang).WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- blog-personaAgriciDaniel/claude-blogCreate and manage writing personas with NNGroup 4-dimension tone framework (Funny-Serious, Formal-Casual, Respectful-Irreverent, Enthusiastic-Matter-of-fact). Personas define readability targets, sentence length distribution, vocabulary tier, contraction frequency, and summary box label. blog-write and blog-rewrite load the active persona as writer guidance. Use when the user says "create persona", "use persona", "list personas", or wants tone sliders and writing rules saved as structured JSON. Not for measuring style from existing posts (blog-style) or for audience, positioning, and taboo-phrase context files (blog-brand).WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- blog-calendarAgriciDaniel/claude-blogBuild a dated monthly or quarterly editorial calendar: which posts to publish or review when, content mix, templates, distribution timing, and a material-change review queue. Use when the user says "editorial calendar", "content calendar", "publishing schedule", "what should I write this month". Not for positioning or pillars (blog-strategy), SERP-validated cluster maps (blog-cluster), or detecting declining pages from Search Console exports (blog-decay). Publication frequency is not a ranking signal.WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- blog-schemaAgriciDaniel/claude-blogGenerate JSON-LD for ONE blog post (BlogPosting with Person, Organization, BreadcrumbList, ImageObject, VideoObject; FAQPage only as optional entity markup) in a single @graph, and check it against Google's current structured data support. Use when the user says "generate schema", "json-ld for this post", "blog schema". Not for auditing schema across a whole site or other schema types (claude-seo seo-schema), not for product pages, and not a promise of rich results: FAQ rich results ended 2026-05-07.WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- blog-briefAgriciDaniel/claude-blogCreate a content brief for ONE planned post: target and secondary keywords, search intent, template choice, competitor gaps from the live SERP, sourced statistics to include, section plan, internal-link targets, and distribution ideas. Use when the user says "content brief", "blog brief", "SEO brief", "article brief". Not a skeleton only (blog-outline), a multi-post plan (blog-strategy, blog-calendar, blog-cluster), or the article itself (blog-write).WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —
- blog-auditAgriciDaniel/claude-blogFull-site blog health assessment scanning all blog files for quality scores, orphan pages, topic cannibalization, stale content, and AI citation readiness. Runs canonical batch analysis before site-wide checks. Produces per-post scores and a prioritized action queue. Use when the user asks for a site-wide blog health check across many posts ("blog audit", "blog health", "audit all posts", "site audit of the blog"). For one post, or a quality score with fixes for a few named files, use blog-analyze instead.WritingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

- eyeballgithub/awesome-copilotDocument analysis with inline source screenshots. - data-migrationcbrock84/headcountMoves data from one system to another without losing it or corrupting it — profiling the source before mapping, deciding between big-bang and parallel-run cutover, reconciling counts and values rather than assuming, handling the records that will not map cleanly, and planning a rollback that is actually executable. Use this to plan or run a migration, assess a migration plan someone else wrote, work out why a completed migration is producing wrong numbers, or size how long one will really take.PlanningNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

open-knowledge-discovery
inkeep/open-knowledge
From the author
Read when the user asks what OpenKnowledge is, wants to install it on a repository, wants to open or preview a single markdown file that is not part of an OpenKnowledge project, wants to share an OpenKnowledge project with collaborators, asks whether OpenKnowledge supports a particular capability, or asks how `ok init` / `ok cowork` / OK Desktop set up a project. Do NOT load to perform OpenKnowledge reads/writes — the runtime guidance for editing markdown inside an initialized OK project ships as a separate project-local skill installed into each detected agent's skills dir (for example `.claude/skills/open-knowledge/`) whenever `ok init` runs.
