- jobs-to-be-donewondelai/skillsDiscover what customers truly need by analyzing the "job" they hire your product to do. Use when the user mentions "customer discovery", "why customers churn", "what job does this solve", "competing against luck", "product-market fit", "switching behavior", "milkshake moment", or "functional vs emotional jobs". Also trigger when investigating why users choose competitors, designing features around real customer needs, or reframing a value proposition. Covers JTBD interviews, competition analysis, and jobs-oriented roadmaps. For product positioning, see obviously-awesome. For rapid validation, see design-sprint. For non-leading interview technique, see mom-test.TestingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- conversion-optimizationwondelai/skillsGuided journey from a leaking conversion flow - landing page, signup, checkout, or in-app onboarding - to a measured, tested funnel. Orchestrates six skills phase by phase - lean-analytics, cro-methodology, storybrand-messaging, hundred-million-offers, influence-psychology, design-everyday-things - each phase carries its full method inline so it runs standalone, asking the user questions at every decision point and recording results in the project docs/ folder (FUNNEL.md, METRICS.md, EXPERIMENTS.md, CONVERSION-OPTIMIZATION-PLAN.md) so the journey resumes across sessions. Use when the user wants to raise conversion on a specific flow, fix checkout or signup abandonment, diagnose onboarding drop-off, or says 'people start but never finish'. With no site yet, use create-website; for a whole-site look, message, and speed audit, improve-website; if the flow converts but needs traffic, grow-website; for in-product engagement and retention, improve-app. For one framework in isolation, invoke that skill directly.MarketingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos

- deep-auditpedrohcgs/claude-code-my-workflowComprehensive adversarial audit of a theory, proof, math/econ paper, codebase, or set of claims — decompose into components, fan out independent skeptics that must return CONCRETE defects, adjudicate every finding with a separate judge, fix all confirmed defects, then re-verify. Use when correctness must be bulletproof and single-pass or round-by-round review is too slow and too shallow. Invoke for "audit this rigorously", "find ALL the bugs/gaps", "make this rock solid", "converge faster on correctness".ScienceNo warnings★ 1.7K↓ —

Use when the user mentions "go viral", "word of mouth", "shareable content", "social currency", "why people share", "referral program", "nobody is sharing it", or "make this spread". Also trigger when designing shareable features, crafting social campaigns, or building products that spread through peer recommendation. Use when the user mentions "clean up this code", "this function is too long", "code smells", "naming conventions", "boy scout rule", "single responsibility", or "unit test quality". Also trigger when reviewing a pull request for readability, untangling a messy function, debating comment styles, or improving error-handling patterns. Covers SRP, comment discipline, formatting, and unit testing. For refactoring techniques, see refactoring-patterns. For architecture and dependency rules, see clean-architecture.EngineeringNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- hooked-uxwondelai/skillsDesign habit-forming product loops using the Hook Model (Trigger, Action, Variable Reward, Investment). Use when the user mentions "users arent coming back", "habit formation", "engagement loops", "habit zone", or "the manipulation matrix". Also trigger when designing notification or re-engagement strategies, building streaks or progress systems, or analyzing why users stop after signup. Covers ethics evaluation and onboarding for habits. For friction reduction and B=MAP, see improve-retention. For viral sharing, see contagious.DesignNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —Also in 2 other repos
- spss-amos-sembrycewang-stanford/Auto-Empirical-Research-SkillsQuestionnaire structural equation modeling in the SPSS + AMOS workflow that Chinese management, psychology, education, nursing and tourism theses use — data cleaning of an SPSS .sav file, reverse coding, straight-lining, demographics, Harman common-method-bias test, Cronbach's alpha / CITC reliability, EFA (KMO, Bartlett), CFA convergent validity (standardized loadings, CR, AVE), discriminant validity (Fornell-Larcker, HTMT), model fit (chi2/df, CFI, TLI, RMSEA, SRMR), structural paths and hypothesis tests, bootstrap mediation with specific indirect effects, multi-group measurement invariance, and Hayes PROCESS models 1/4/6/7/8/14. One spec card drives an R/lavaan engine set to AMOS defaults and writes ready-to-run SPSS syntax (.sps), AMOS Program Editor VB.NET code, AMOS user-defined estimands, an AMOS drawing checklist with the numbers AMOS should show, Chinese three-line tables in Word, a results-chapter draft and a transparent model-modification log. - write-a-postmorteminkeep/open-knowledgeWrite a blameless incident postmortem under postmortems/ following the Google SRE shape — evidence-based timeline, trigger vs root cause vs symptom, contributing factors, what went well, and owned+dated+verifiable action items. Read when asked to write a postmortem, do an incident review, run a root cause analysis, write up the outage, retro on the outage, or when the user says we had an incident and wants it documented. Do NOT read to frame a proposal (use frame-a-proposal), write a spec (use write-a-spec), record a decision (use record-a-decision), or review a design (use review-a-design) — a postmortem documents an incident that already happened, it does not propose, specify, decide, or critique future work.WritingNo warnings★ 4.8K↓ —

google-maps-scraper
Mahanaicoach/google-maps-scraper-kit
From the author
Google Maps scraper for lead generation. Turns a business type and a place into a clean CSV of local businesses by driving the kit's own Google Maps engine, running locally (with Python and a headless Chrome, or in Docker) as a REST API on localhost:8080. Returns 8 lead fields by default (name, phone, email, website, category, address, rating and review count), plus social profiles by default (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X; `--no-socials` skips them), row filters such as businesses without a website, or all 36 raw fields. Use when the user wants a lead list, "a list of [businesses] in [place]", local business data, contact enrichment for places (emails, phones, socials), or a whole-city run past Google's ~120 results per search. Do not use for scraping Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other social media platform directly.
