Use this to set a price floor, explain why revenue or margin moved, decide make versus buy, judge whether a product line earns its place, or work out how an allocation basis is distorting a reported margin.FinanceNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

- deal-negotiationcbrock84/headcountNegotiates a commercial deal without giving away the terms that matter — preparing your walk-away and theirs, trading concessions rather than conceding them, recognizing the tactics that create false urgency, protecting price by moving other variables, and closing on terms someone can actually deliver. - chief-executivecbrock84/headcountSets direction, allocates capital and attention, and makes the calls no one else can make. Use this when a decision spans more than one function, when priorities conflict and something must be cut, when a plan needs pressure-testing before commitment, or when the question is what the organization should do rather than how to do it. Also use to route a request to the right executive when it is unclear who owns it.TestingNo warnings★ 2.6K↓ —

Each member scores the idea, names the risks that would kill it and votes fund, fund with conditions, or pass. Use when the user says "test my business idea", "would this work", "pressure-test this", "what would a board say", "is this a good business", or starts the founder pack on a new idea.TestingNo warnings★ 2.4K↓ —
- founder-brandJakeschincariol/founder-skillYour brand designer. Names the business (with the trademark, domain and handle checks to run before falling in love with a name), writes the voice, a one-line promise and a tagline, and briefs the look: colours, type, logo and the first things a customer sees, so they match the positioning the marketing director chose. From the author
Prove that the file you are about to send, publish, or hand off IS the thing you mean — before it leaves your hands. Rebuild from source, check integrity, diff the derived artifact against its source, and require the recipient to echo what they received. Use before sending a paper/PDF for review, shipping a release or replication package, handing files to a coauthor or collaborator, uploading anything to an external reviewer or model, or publishing. Prevents an entire review/QA cycle from being spent on defects that exist only in the artifact, not in the work.
